Beautiful 30m2 APARTMENT with direct access to the slopes

Our apartment No. 102 is located on the ground floor of the beautiful residence "Hotel de la falaise" With DIRECT ACCESS TO THE SKI AREA from your terrace
It is equipped for 4/5 people as follows:
 - a closed bedroom: with a double bed 140/190
 - a living room / stay: with 2 benches (single bed) for 2 people and a trundle bed for a 3rd person, large TV screen
 - dining area with table and chairs for all the necessary comfort
 - a fully equipped kitchen
     * 4 ceramic hob plate
     * dishwasher * combined oven (microwave and grill)
     * NESPRESSO coffee maker, kettle, toaster
     * fridge
 - a bathroom, bath / shower, wc
A deposit of 600 euros will be required on your arrival (check or CB imprint)

DIRECT ACCESS TO THE SKI AREA IN SKIING from your south-facing terrace, open view
Janitorial, household and sheets included EXCEPT IN SUMMER

Upon arrival to the property at 8pm there was not even one towel, no toilet paper no soap. The owner did not do anything on either days to accommodate it. I had to get all on my own. Elevator in the building didn’t work 70% of the time. At some point the owner stopped responding at all. Property description says pool, however the pool is not at the property but a general indoor pool for all, no spices , not even salt was providedThe apartment is on the first floor so very noisy Cleaning was not do e property prior to our arrival. Bundles of hair were in bathtub

Tres bonne location

L'appartement est tres bien situe. Calme, moderne, bonne literie, bien equipe, manque juste un peu de vaisselles , il faudrait une poele en plus, et plat a four plus grand. En plein centre. Proximite de commerces. Pas tres loin du parking le Plateau ou vous devez laisser le vehicule et decharger vos bagages. Depart ski au pied de l'immeuble. Je conseille l'appartement. L'Agence Abritel est tres reactive et professionnelle des nos besoins.

Tout à fait conforme à l’annonce

Accueil agréable à notre arrivée Appartement propre, présentant tout le confort nécessaire pour une bonne semaine de vacances. La proximité des parkings souterrains est appréciable , ainsi que celle d’une boulangerie-pâtisserie et d’une supérette.
