About this property

Beautiful 100m2 apartment decorated with designer furniture throughout. Large living room open kitchen area with bay window. It has 2 double & 1 single bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom's ensuite leads to a large & sunny terrace.
The 2nd double bedroom can be prepared with EITHER 1 double bed OR 2 twin beds. The single bedroom is normally prepared with 1 single bed. It does have a pull out bed which can accommodate a 2nd guest but this limits movement in the bedroom as it is a small room.

Centrally located, 1 block from Paseo de Gracia with its boutiques and restaurants, Mercat de la Concepció (fresh food market just 2 blocks away), Casa Batllò, La Pedrera etc.
Easy access to public transport, ideal for families, groups or professionals.
Fully equipped kitchen- safe box.

Stays of over 1 week include 1 weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels (Monday to Friday). Additional cleaning is possible, please ask about the rates.

Have small children? Don't worry, we are happy to provide you with a high chair, baby cot, lamp and mixer for baby food for your little one during your stay. (there is a € 90 + VAT fee for the baby kit).

Beautiful apartment in great location

This apartment is stunning and was very spacious for our family of 4. There are two metro stations close by and a wealth of shops, restaurants, bars and Gaudi sights to see. Bustling and vibrant area, yet the apartment felt quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely helpful, and the process could not have been easier. Would recommend.

Perfect location

This apartment was a beautiful spot in a perfect location of L'Eixample. Extremely close walking distance to bars, restaurants, and Gaudi houses. The host was lovely and helpful. Would recommend.

Great apartment, annoying communication process

The apartment is in a great location and the photos are totally accurate. The things that annoyed us: 1) The master bathroom has a lot of floor-to-ceiling windows, with no window shades/curtains. It is very uncomfortable to be in your own bathroom but not be able to get dressed or undressed - and there are a ton of hotel rooms and apartments that face the bathroom. So, just be aware. 2) We had to check into the apartment at about 9:30 at night, (our flight didn't land in Barcelona until almost 9pm) so the apartment owner made us pay a $30 fee for the late check in. We got the keys and were let into the apartment with no problems. But, afterwards, I kept getting emails from the owner about our passports. She needed some information from us and wanted to schedule a time to come and see us to get the information. We didn't want to schedule a special time to do paperwork (we were in Barcelona to go out, have fun, see the sights) so after a few back-and-forth emails, i was able to send my passport information via email. THEN, we started getting emails about needing to pay some additional taxes. After more back-and-forth emails, we made arrangements to leave the taxes in the apartment on the counter when we left. But, after we made those plans, the owner stopped by the apartment, unannounced, and when we didn't answer the door right away, she just OPENED THE DOOR AND LET HERSELF IN. It felt like a huge privacy violation.

Amazing apartment one block from the heart of Barcelona

The apartment is even prettier than the pictures. The location was perfect, one block off the main street for shopping, dining and transportation. It was close but also quiet. Everything was just steps away, including a lovely cafe, a little bodega, and many restaurants. Our check-in was prompt and the orientation to the property and amenities was very thorough. We would love to return and stay again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

The apartment is lovely. We had plenty of space for the four of us. The outdoor area is quaint. The location is fantastic, close to all the shopping, restaurants and cafes. It is also close to the Metro so that made going out and exploring other areas of the city easy. Heike was easy to communicate with and friendly. You do have to meet in person to get the key, that is why I gave the check-in process 4 stars. We would stay here again!
