This luminous apartment has all the facilities and comforts you need during your stay, plus a LARGE PRIVATE GARDEN (unique in Barcelona). Located in one of the best neighborhoods of Barcelona, you will be only few steps from Plaza Catalunya.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has capacity for up to 10 people distributed in 6 bedrooms:

The apartment is equipped with central heating for winter and AC in the living room and 4 bedrooms.

2 Full bathrooms with shower and WCKITCHEN:You will find everything you need to prepare a quick meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, including a microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, big freezer/fridge, dryer and washing machine. LIVING ROOM & WORKING SPACE:The apartment has a comfortable living area with sofas and TV. Tiled flooring adds some charm to the room. Next to the living space, you will find a working area with natural light coming from the big windows. Living room space includes a dining area, a table with comfy chairs that can accommodate all your group.GARDEN:Enjoy some time in the garden. It is private, meaning you can completely relax. Please take into account the garden is located in a different level than the apartment. Access is through an external stair that leads you from the apartment to it.

Great Location

Great location and easy to communicate with property manager. It was an enjoyable stay. Watch your head as you enter the door on the main level if you are tall though!

Great location, pretty garden, simple pleasing design, but two small bathrooms too few for 10 people, three rooms are linked to one another, some street noise for two front rooms, and the tiny room hears everything from the stairwell. That said, we enjoyed our short stay of two families a lot. enjoyed our stay

This home was lovely and perfect for our family of 10. We all slept comfortably. The home itself was clean and beautiful. The neighborhood was so much fun and loved going to the cafes every morning right outside the front door. It was close to all the shopping. The management was communicative and always answered any questions we had very quickly.

We had a great time in Barcelona staying at in this place. The location was perfect and the space was well suited to a large group and for having meetings there throughout the week. The only downside was that the garden was a bit overgrown. Take note that if you plan to use all 6 bedrooms, one of the bedroom's entrances requires passing through other bedrooms.

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood

We loved our stay at this property. The space was perfect for a large family, and the location was excellent. It's on a street that does not get a ton of car traffic, and which has a fantastic cafe and a gelato place right downstairs, and several great tapas restaurants right across the way. It's very convenient to walk to lots of different sightseeing locations and to places where you can get the hop-on/hop-off bus tours. There's a 24-hour supermarket right across the street as well, which was very handy for essentials.

The flat is very conveniently located to transit (train to airport and major subway lines), and is walking distance from La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. Courtyard/outdoor area of the flat is really nice, and everything was clean/comfortable in the flat. We (group of 7) really enjoyed our stay at this property, and would definitely book again if returning to Barcelona.

Excellent Stay in a Wonderful Neighbourhood

It had plenty of room for 3 young kids, their parents and us, the grandparents. Some minor things could help improve the place. For example, the sink in the smaller bathroom was very slow to drain and we were not informed that we could use our phones to unlock the doors until I asked for a second set of keys. The garden was at the bottom of a circular staircase and it provided a nice quiet sanctuary if one wished to escape.

Location! Location! Location! This gem of an apartment was in an incredible neighborhood on a new pedestrian priority street. Location had everything we needed just outside our door. Clean and spacious (great layout and room for our extended family of 5 adults) - big bedrooms, comfortable beds, washer, dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, lots of light and nice garden view. Management was easy to work with. Showers on the smaller side but near perfect place. We would book it again for sure!! Thank you for a wonderful space to call home on our Barcelona visit.

We arrived a little early and were allowed to leave our bags while the apartment was being cleaned. Everyhing was perfect! The location is central to almost everything. We walked everywhere. Metro and bus, cafes, and shopping were within a block or two. H2O promtly responded to every question and inquiry we had. I would definitely go back to Barcelona and this apartment will be my first choice! Thank you!

This is a huge apartment in the best location in Barcelona! Our family of 6 fitted easily (with rooms to spare). It was an easy 5-10 minute walk to where the city sight seeing bus leaves (Plaza de Cataluna), we also took a longer half hour walk to the church of la Segrada Família. It’s a short stroll to la Rambla where you can walk to Boqueria market or all the way to the sea! A small 24 hour convenience store was right across the road and bigger supermarkets as well as hundreds of restaurants are all within walking distance. We had a car which we were able to park in the parking station across the road for €30 per day which is pretty much your only option as there is no free parking near by. I would highly recommend this apartment and you will also love the beautiful flooring!

Emplacement idéal, surface parfaite pour grande famille. Du charme, mais… propreté très approximative : grains de maïs dans le lave-vaisselle, des cheveux dans le tiroir du sèche-cheveux, etc. Pas de quoi cuisiner correctement, ce qui n’est pas très grave vu l’offre de Barcelone mais 6 verres à vin(dépareillés) 5 petites cuillères, pas de torchons et un très sommaire kit d’accueil ne correspondent pas à ce peut espérer à cette adresse. Quand au jardin, splendide, mais doté d’un mobilier sale, mieux vaut l’oublier car à l’abandon

A great flat with garden in the heart of Barcelona

We booked this flat with four colleagues for a one week professional congress. The flat was perfect for our staying in Barcelona. It is quite big with five bedrooms, two bathrooms and is fully equipped. From the living room we had a beautiful sight on a garden with palms and flowers. What is great about this flat is that this is actually a private garden we can access and enjoy ! We greatly recommend it. We also thank Christian for its reactivity and advices ;)

What a wonderful place! It is located in a great neighborhood, with access to everything and it was easy to find. The apartment is big and sunny with everything you need - we had 4 girlfriends that had a great time. After a long day of shopping, hiking and wine tours coming back to this place was a wonderful way to end the day. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and it was easy to navigate the city with this location as "home" base. Check in was easy and they accommodated us with a late arrival of 9pm without a problem. You will have a great experience when you stay here!
