Fantastic apartment for 4 people, with spectacular panoramic views towards Sierra Nevada, El Paseo de la Bomba, Paseo del Salón, Río Genil, ..., It has a careful design that you will love. One bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms, one of them into the bedroom.
This apartment is located in the Paseo del Salón, one of the most stately areas of Granada. It has spectacular views of the mountains, the gardens of the Salon and the Genil River and its two terraces are really special. It is recently built, with all its totally new facilities, with everything you need for your trip.

Such a great and comfortable, compact apartment. Ideal for a couple. With a great balcony/terrace with such an incredible view of the Sierra Nevada. The apartment is equipped with everything one needs and is spotless. The location is also unbeatable. Such a great area for places to eat. And a very pleasant walk (15-20 minutes) to the Alhambra.

We loved the location across from the park and close enough to walk everywhere. The two balconies were wonderful and having two bathrooms was a luxury. The kitchen could use some newer pots and pans and it would be nice to have basics there like tea, coffee, sugar etc. The host was really helpful and prompt in answering questions.

Great spot to explore Granada

Lovely little apartment with great balcony!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much! The bed was a little tight and hard for two sisters, so we split up and one slept on the pull out sofa. Much more comfortable! The location was fantastic, the apartment is clean and bright, compact but very efficient! Balcony and view were stunning! Would highly recommend for small group or a couple!

Two terraces and modern equipment

With 2 private terraces, 2 bathrooms and a great view in a safe neighborhood, this apt. Is a good find. Close to public parking garage and a market. About a 15 minute walk to Old City. Our US phone GPS could not find this address and sent us on a 45 minute wild goose chase down some impossibly narrow lanes which was frustrating. Enjoyed our stay!

Nice flat short walk away from Granada centre

A nice and clean flat with great Sierra Nevada views from the balcony. The flat itself is relatively small, but the space is well planned, with modern furniture, all important appliances in the kitchen and plenty of storage space in the bedroom. WiFi also worked well. Shops and restaurants are just a few moments away from the flat, with much more on the way to Granada centre. The only issue we experienced was that inability to close the balcony door in the bedroom. Fernando came to block it with a piece of wood as it was not possible to get a professional to fix it before Easter, but unfortunately that did very little to stop the traffic noise from penetrating through. Fortunately as Granada has so much to offer, we were always coming back tired and although it wasn't as easy to fall asleep as it should have been, we were able to have a good sleep anyway.

Minimalistic, Safe, Street Noise

Even though bedroom and bathrooms poorly designed, the unit is safe, cozy and has great view from living room (kitchen window view neighboring units and laundry). Shower and toilet spaces are not for tall or large folks-don’t drop soap-hit your head to pick up. Lots of bedroom storage space but no room to walk around bed! Bed soft. Pillows hard - roll up & bring your own. Kitchen is scantily stocked: 3 pots, 3 cooking utensils. Dinnerware for 4. No olive oil, salt, pepper, foil, Saran, or any amenities commonly found in Vrbo units. 2 tiny ice cube trays. No manuals for appliances. 1 kitchen towel. 1bath & hand towel per person. Cannot imagine 4 people trying to stay here. Limited cleaning supplies. Would not stay again.

My favorite stay of entire Spain adventure

This apartment is a dream come true. Amazing layout, bathrooms, and terraces. OMG, the terraces. I would sit outside each of the two terraces and just gaze out over Granada and the snow-capped Sierras in the distance. The location could not be better IMO. Across the street is an enormous park that follows along the river. I would walk out my door and cross the street and just roam aimlessly for hours along this beautiful garden and fountain laden path(s). There are many, many great bars, shops, cafes and plazas all within walking distance.(mere meters away). We walked to the Alhambra from here, and yes it's uphill, but taking our time it was enjoyable. The rest of the area is pretty flat and a great grocery is nearby. I would move into this apartment and live forever if I could. I fell in love with Granada and the location and layout of this apartment was a big part of why I loved it. Another part was the amazing breakfast we got each morning at the nearby Artesanos de Granada. Seriously. Sweet or savory, this place really won me over. Great service. Great food. Our stay here could not have been better.

Beautiful property!

Pros: The property was just as beautiful as advertised with two balconies with gorgeous views! While the apartment is small, the bedroom and living room have great storage. The kitchen, however, is quite small with no storage. Great location just close enough to shopping and restaurants but on the outside edge so it was quiet.Cons: DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS! Review the directions provided via email from the PM. Google Maps takes you on a perilous journey through tiny, one way streets and takes 20 more minutes than necessary. Also, not being able to pay ahead ended up being an issue for us. When we arrived, the PM only had his phone to accept payment which required a PIN number that none of our credit cards had. The PM's suggestion was to go get cash out (which would have been soooo expensive with ATM fees, transaction fees, % service fees). When I balked, he said he could come back later with a different machine, which he did and it worked, but the frustration, and extra time we had to allot to meeting back up a second time, definitely put a damper on the start of vacation.

Nice, well-maintained place. Perfect for two people, although family with one or two kids would also be comfortable. Beautiful view across river, with nice balcony (which we, unfortunately were unable to use due to weather). A bit of way to Centro, but easily walkable to all attractions.
