Villa Les Pins is a lovely holiday house for 6 people with a private swimming pool surrounded by a lot of greenery. Located 4km from Callas (Provence - Alpes - Cote d' Azur).



The holiday house is located in a very green and woody area, in a residential neighbourhood. Beyond the large garden there is a nature reserve and you will find yourself at the heart of nature, yet without feeling isolated. From the terraces you can enjoy a view of the private swimming pool set slightly higher (8.4x4m, 1.5m deep) with Roman steps. Next to the private swimming pool there is a covered terrace with a pool house (shower, wc, pizza-oven, sink, fridge). There is a pizza oven in the outdoor kitchen, ideal for a fabulous pizza-evening with family and friends.



This holiday house with a swimming pool has been entirely fitted with a focus on comfort. Large bay windows have been foreseen and the rooms are bright, spacious and open. Some rooms have direct access to the terraces overlooking the swimming pool. This holiday house is particularly pleasant and air-conditioning is not even necessary in summer. Callas is a delightful little village in Provence with many walking paths, as well as typical and picturesque little streets. During the high season there are local feasts during which you can enjoy a drink on a terrace or in one of the restaurants. Callas is surrounded by many

vineyards with beautiful views. Callas is easily reachable by motorway (toll), by fast train (TGV) or by plane. A short car ride from Callas will take you to the Gorges du Verdon, the glamorous Cote d’Azur and to the ski resorts in winter.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht . Das Haus und die Außenanlage waren sehr groß und der Pool war perfekt . Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden immer wieder gerne dorthin zurück kommen . Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und alles war ausreichend vorhanden .

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa , agréablement surpris à notre arrivée, plus grand que sur les photos , très propre, le coin cuisine ,douche et toilette à côté de la piscine sont bien pensés, très pratique.Nous conseillons vivement cette location et y retournerons très certainement , nous avons adoré.
