Cozy 60 sq.mt apartment located on the fourth floor of a period building with a lift (however it is NOT suitable for the disabled). We are in the heart of one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of Rome, Pigneto.
Our accommodation can accommodate up to 3 people and has a comfortable living room with single sofa bed and relaxation corner, open kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: hob, electric and microwave oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, moka pot, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses.
Bathroom with tub / shower, bidet and hairdryer.
Other comforts available to guests: unlimited WiFi, independent heating with the boiler, air conditioning (1 split - in the bedroom), fan, washing machine, clothesline, clothes hanger, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Guest access
The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to highlight
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document. Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.
