Lovely, clean & spacious apartment in a quiet area. Very close to the metro for easy travel, but also central enough to walk to various attractions including the Colosseum. Alessandro was also a wonderful, attentive host. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

Wonderful apartment to stay at in Rome! Close to Colosseum and San Giovanni Laterano. Easy Metro rides to other sites. Be sure to stop at Freddo Gelato a few blocks away. Alessandro was a great host as well!

Lovely Roman Apartment

Alessandro’s apartment is as beautiful and comfortable as advertised. The neighborhood is quiet and out of the tourist center, we slept very well. There are nice cafes and restaurants nearby, take Alessandro’s recommendations!

Nice quiet roomy stay in Rome

Overall we had a very good stay. The host was very communicative and friendly, and provided recommendations for places to grab gelato and to eat nearby. The check in process was very smooth. The apartment was very roomy and spacious, and was located in a quiet area which was nice after the hustle and bustle of busy tourist areas. All amenities as listed were there. The surrounding area had places close by to grab groceries, and a bite to eat. It was a short 8 or so minute walk from the metro and you then had quick access to all areas of Rome you’d want to visit. We would recommend this booking and would gladly come back.

Die charmante und sehr saubere Wohnung hat alles, was man sich wünscht und ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und gleichzeitig durchdacht (gutes WLAN, Waschmaschine, ein toller Gasherd, eine große Kühl-Gefrierkombination aber auch Einkaufstaschen und eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen sind vorhanden). Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Wohnzimmer aus tritt man auf einen kleinen Balkon und hat man einen idyllischen Blick in einen lauschig grünen Hof mit großen Bäumen. Wir haben uns zudem in der Wohnung absolut sicher gefühlt. Fußläufig erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die Metro, verschiedene Bushaltestellen und kommt so unkompliziert und zügig ins Zentrum, aber auch das Meer ist in nur einer knappen Stunde erreichbar, was wir als angenehm empfunden haben. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und bei Bedarf eine Tankstelle um die Ecke. Natürlich finden sich zudem zahlreiche Restaurants und das Pompio. Hier gibt es von 11 Uhr bis kurz vor Mitternacht leckere Nachspeisen und Eis.Abgerundet wurde unser schöner Aufenthalt durch die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Allessandro. Er war jederzeit für Fragen ansprechbar und hat schnell und sehr freundlich reagiert. Vielen Dank und absolute Empfehlung der Wohnung durch uns.

Un merveilleux séjour

L'appartement est parfaitement situé dans un endroit très agréable et facile d'accès. Très jolie décoration, très propre et disposant de toutes les commodités, c'est un plaisir d'y séjourner. Alessandro est un hôte très attentionné et fait preuve d'une grande flexibilité, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!
