Beautiful historic residence in the center of Frascati, apartment completely renovated and equipped with all comforts, excellent location for visiting Rome. We are 200 meters from the Frascati railway station, we reach Rome in 25 minutes. The rooms are all equipped with a double bed and air conditioning TV. The apartment reflects all the characteristics to be able to pass a calm and relaxing period of vacation, in the area of the Roman castles, to visit the splendid villas, to make beautiful walks in the woods of the Tuscolo seeing innumerable historical finds of Roman age.

Perfect house

Perfet house to visit Rome - only 6 min to the train station and 20/30 min to the center of Rome . Also the village is so beautiful and has friendly restaurants in the neighborhood to have dinner . All perfect . The owner is very kind .

Perfect location for the beauty of Frascati

Only a few hundred metres from the Frascati Centro storico. A perfect apartment with so much space - family Of 4 (2 under 6) and another couple - lots of space, beautiful breakfast provisions, great location and Gianluca an amazing and very responsive host. Highly recommended! Have visited Rome many many times and stayed in central Rome and Trastevere- would never do that again as Frascati is so easily accessible by train (30 mins to termini) and such a beautiful historic town with amazing restaurants and shopping!

We had a little trouble finding the property but Gianluca’s colleague came and found us. To access the property is up a flight of stairs. We also arranged for car parking at a space just down the road at 10 a day. The apartment itself was a good size for the four of us and the breakfast left was very well received especially by the children!The apartment is only a five minute walk to the train station where we caught a train directly into Rome which took 30 minutes. There were areas of the apartment that could do with a deeper clean such as inside the wardrobes and some fixtures and would also benefit from new bedding and pillows as these were very lumpy. We had great communication with Gianluca which was very helpful.

Anders als erwartet

Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung und die sehr guten Bewertungen hatten uns überzeugt, diese Wohnung zu mieten. Leider können wir der Beschreibung nicht in allen Punkten zustimmen. Positiv war, die Sauberkeit, die Platzverhältnisse, (obwohl man wissen sollte, dass man nur bei einem Schlafzimmer eine Türe hat, bei den beiden oberen Zimmern handelt es sich um offene Galeriezimmer), das sehr gut funktionierende WLAN und die liebevoll hergerichteten Frühstücksleckereien. Gianluca hat immer sehr schnell schriftlich reagiert (WhatsApp) auch in Englisch. Bei unserer Ankunft war er dann aber nicht persönlich da, sondern ein Bekannter von ihm, der leider nur Italienisch konnte, was für uns etwas schwierig war… Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist wirklich perfekt, um nach Rom zu fahren, der Zug fährt 1x pro Stunde und ist sehr günstig (einfache Fahrt 2.10 Euro pro Person). Zwei Punkte möchte ich noch erwähnen, die wir nicht so gut fanden: Das Haus liegt direkt an der Durchgangsstraße, uns war es zu laut. Auch fanden wir die Matratzen nicht bequem. Nicht beschrieben war die Tatsache, dass der Parkplatz, der schräg gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt, 10 Euro pro Tag kostet.
