My son and i were in town to fly fish the last minute. Everything was clean, and plenty of hot water. A short walk down to the back yard Arkansas river frontage for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks made the day.

This is a perfect home right on the river. We enjoyed fishing in the stream and watching the wildlife at dusk off the back deck. There was something for everyone at this property. It was the perfect getaway for a long weekend to unwind. The host was so responsive and awesome to work with. We will be back!!

What an absolutely GORGEOUS property! The views from the deck, size of the yard and location is perfection. Natalie was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. The little house offers a great separate space for additional privacy. The bedrooms in the main house are setup nicely with comfortable beds. We truthfully couldn't have found a better place! If you know anyone getting married at The Beach or The Pavilion at Noah's Ark, RENT THIS PROPERTY! It will make your visit that much better!

We have stayed at River Haven annually for a couple of years. It never disappoints. The house is always well appointed and clean, but the real gem is the location and outdoor space. Proximity to MTB trails and town is very convenient all while having a large, private yard with the Arkansas River flowing in the backdrop. It truly is a special spot and we hope to come back for years to come.
