Gorgeous property in a very cool building. The rooms are spacious and the full washer and dryer was great!! The location couldn’t be better - close to everything but tucked back in an off the beaten path courtyard so it was very quiet at night. Clean and well taken care of property. Check-in/checkout was a breeze.

Apartment is beautiful, easy to locate, and in a nice quiet area. We were able to check in early to drop off bags, which was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again! Communication between host was excellent!

This was a quaint apartment that had all the amenities that we needed. Checking in was a breeze and Eleonora was very quick with her responses to my questions. The location was quiet yet a quick walk to restaurants, shopping and attractions. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

Great Spot in Venezia!!

This was a great property for our family of 5. It was comfortable, secure, and in great condition. It is in a perfect location near places to eat as well as key landmarks. The water taxi is a 5 minute walk which made getting around easy. The host, Eleonora, was awesome. She made things easy and was very responsive. We would certainly choose this property again!

Great Location

This quiet flat is in the perfect location to explore Venice. The bathroom was clean. The apartment was poorly appointed lacking guest instructions, minimal linens, minimal toilet paper, poor temperature control, and filthy floors upon arrival, despite a hefty cleaning fee. It was quiet, safe, and optimal for exploring the city, which are the most important qualities.

Great Stay in Venice

We loved our stay at this property. Very comfortable and exactly as advertised. The owner was extremely helpful in providing directions as you can get lost in Venice so easily. Very close to everything! And close to one of the water taxi stops! The property was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again. We loved the fact that we didn't have to haul our luggage up a bunch of stairs! Just walked right in. Thank you!
