Our period house Villa Elena is located 220 meters from the sea, in the Alba area of Riccione and is suitable for the summer stay of families with children.
Villa Elena has three summer apartments: "La Saviolina", "Il Pattìno" and "Il Pedalò".
The "LA SAVIOLINA" apartment is 85 square meters, can accommodate 6/7 people, is located on the upper floor and consists of large rooms: hall, 1 bedroom with 3 beds with hand-basin, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 dressing room 1 bed, 1 bathroom with shower, semi-habitable kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioner, ceiling lamps in the bedrooms, terrace with table and chairs 2 x 4 meters, balcony.
