The Boat House is a desirable mid-terrace cottage set in the town of Looe in Cornwall, perfect for a couple's coastal retreat. Hosting one king-size bedroom along with an en-suite shower room, this property can sleep up to two guests. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Ensure you have a relaxing base to return to with The Boat House as your coastal home-from-home.
Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, washer/dryer, 2 x Smart TVs (downstairs TV has a DVD player), selection of books, games and DVDs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 1 minute walk. Beach is only a 3 minute walk away. Note: Pay and Display car parking available within 5-10 minutes walk of the property. Note: There is a spiral staircase at the property so care must be taken & it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
