Another Pleasant Stay.

The apartment is well-located in a decent development which has a real sense of community and very good security. Some mention has been made of slightly tired fittings and furnishings which is probably correct, but the apartment is still comfortable and well-equipped. Although Costa has limited opening hours, check-in and key collection and drop-off are all efficient and easy with the office located so close by in the port. A little modernisation of the apartment would be good.

These apartments are really handily located. Okay they are getting a bit tired and need new kitchens and bathrooms but the price reflects that. Lovely big bedroom. Small terrace with a smashing view. Very happy to stay again here. It could do with its own internet. The community one is a bit hit and miss and it’s an essential these days. Overall a lovely spot that’s very well priced. Better Internet.

Needs complete overhaul

The flat is in an excellent location with wonderful views over the sea and the marina but was badly let down by the lack of WIFI in the flat and only Spanish TV channels. We have stayed in numerous properties in this area and they have all had the wifi and TV package which had English,Spanish,German and French channels. Wifi was paid for but this was only available by the swimming pool!! and the apartment is on the 5th floor so impossible. It was like they had dumped some old UK items, an old sky digibox but no way to use it, a very old microwave which we would not dared to have used and a very odd assortment of crockery and utensils, needless to say we will not return, the block overall is fine and in a perfect location.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, men skittent

Perfekt beliggenhet på strandpromenaden og havnen rundt hjørnet. Leiligheten og møbler er slitt, terrasestoler er utslitt og hullete, aircondition er skitten, dører og overflater er skittent. Gardin foran terrassedør mangler feste, gardinen ligger delvis på gulvet uten at vi kan rette dette. Kun ett stort og ett lite håndkle pr person pr uke. Bra med vaskemaskin og oppvaskmaskin, men måtte rengjøre avløpet i oppvaskmaskinen, den var tett av matrester!

Location was perfect. Lovely views. Spacious for 2 people. Clean and tidy. Mattresses are worn out! Apartment needs some updating e.g. furniture. Only one bedside lamp. Had to request fresh linen and towels after a week.
