Great apartment in an excellent spot

The apartment and whole block is great. We felt the security was good especially being right outside the apartment. Handy underground parking only a few steps away and the pool was literally 10 seconds away from apartment door yet because it does not overlook the pool you don’t get any of the noise! In a word…Perfect!

9 days in Duquesa

The apartment was bright and very comfortable. Positioned on the southwest side of the building we had sun practically all day. It was close to the port but far enough away from any noise. I left a note for Duquesa Estates to follow-up on two points. The dishwasher didn't work and the air-conditioning didn't seem to work as expected to warm the apartment in the evening.

Es un apartamento amplio y luminoso. La almohadas y la limpieza en general. He estado otros años en apartamentos vuestros y he notado que este año la limpieza ha desmejorado, antes era excelente.

Marina Real 413

Good 2 bedroom apartment with a large balcony facing due south with views over a typically spanish residential area. Facilities in the apartment were excellent although English channels on the television would be a bonus. Easy walking to all amenities.
