The picturesque fishing village of L´Ametlla De Mar is 6 km away. This villa has a large covered terrace with a fixed barbecue. The private swimming pool with outdoor shower is surrounded by landscaped terraces and plants. The entire garden of 700 m3 is closed, parking space for 2 cars. The presence of unlimited WiFi, TV Flanders, French channels, English channels and Spanish satellite is available. the upper floor has air conditioning and is included in the price.
