Enjoy an exceptional stay in this fully renovated house, located in a quiet area of Empuriabrava and with direct access to the canal. The property has a private dock of 7 x 3 m, ideal for mooring your boat just in front of the house.



On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, two elegant bathrooms with Italian shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer for total comfort during your stay.



On the ground floor, the house offers a high-end modern kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and American fridge. The kitchen is open to a cosy living room with a large screen television, TNT decoder and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and other streaming services.



The property has two terraces with different orientations, one of them equipped with a fixed barbecue and direct access to the canal and the jetty, from where you can enjoy magnificent views and unforgettable moments outdoors.



Equipped with reversible air conditioning in all rooms, the house also has private parking, with the possibility of parking in front of the property.



Just 1,000 metres from a beautiful sandy beach and very close to all services, this house is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday by the canal.

très jolie maison bien située au bord du canal.endroit très calme proximité des commercesles bons marcheurs peuvent aller à la très belle plage à pied 1 km500 environ.villes et villages à visiter aux alentours Super séjour en cette période de l'année( fin septembre début octobre)

Très bon séjour

Maison très agréable et grande, belle vue depuis la terrasse. Y étant allés hors saison, nous n'avons qu'un we des voisins... L'insonorisation entre les habitations est minime.

Maison très bien située avec deux places de parking, trois grandes chambres et deux terrasses ainsi que deux salles de bain. La maison est parfaite pour 6 à 7 personnes. Seul petit point négatif, nous écoutons beaucoup les voisins à travers les murs notamment la nuit.

Je dirai que nous avons eu de la chance qu’il n’y ait pas trop de monde car l’isolation n’est pas des meilleures. Le confort était là et endroit très sympa !!
