The proposed apartment is in fact in the historic center of SAN VINCENZO, a few steps from the various shops along the pedestrian street. The sea and the various equipped beaches in the center can be reached in a couple of minutes on foot. The ideal for those who want to forget to use the car leaving it parked in the large private garden that the apartment offers.

The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 5-6 people, and is composed as follows:
- eat-in kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking (there is a washing machine).
- large living room with sofa bed + LCD TV corner.
- large double bedroom.
- large bedroom with 2 single beds.
- number 2 complete bathrooms with shower box.
- terrace equipped with 6 seater wooden garden table and umbrella ideal for having meals.
- large fenced garden where to park the car.
Conditions :
The rent is weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, and the cost varies according to the season and the number of employees (maximum six occupants).
Arrivals are expected, unless otherwise agreed, on Saturday between 14.00 and 15.00, while departures by 10.00.
Final cleaning of the apartment: € 45 (only in July and August)
We accept, if necessary, by giving notice in advance of small pets only.
Deposit € 100 returned at the end of the stay after checking the conditions of the apartment.
