Great bedrooms with lots of cupboard space, air condition and large bright windows, and added extras like hair dryer, tissues, hand soap, toilet paper mirrors laundry baskets, washing machine etc. cheapest car hire company is DoYouSpain.com I have used them many times, always found them the cheapest.
This magnificent villa, is for people that are looking for something out of the ordinary. The villa has a living space of 360 m² (450 m² including terraces) and was built with the best materials and has been tastefully decorated. It offers full privacy, a swimming pool and has beautiful panoramic views.

Una casa de ensueño

La casa es preciosa, cómoda y las instalaciones funcionan bien. Es muy amplia y con varios estares, especialmente si hace buen tiempo, con numerosos rincones que permiten independencia. No me gustó el cambio en la hora de entrada, que siendo inicialmente a las 12, lo querían retrasar a las 4, con incomodidad de tener que llegar comidos. Finalmente, quedamos a las dos, pero eso hace que entre que vas a la compra etc pierdas la tarde de playa. Un consejo es que el personal de limpieza no llegue poco antes de la hora (aunque fueron muy amables y discretas). Jávea es un lugar precioso y la casa en ese entorno, además de la compañía, hacen que hayamos disfrutado muchísimo, especialmente tan un año tan complejo.

Hochwertige Villa mit schöner Innenausstattung und Außenbereich

Die Villa ist alles in allem wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die beiden Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage sind sehr groß, und elegant eingerichtet, die Bäder enSuite modern. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind ebenfalls ausreichend groß für je 2 Erwachsene und die beiden Bäder funktional und sauber. Wohzimmer und Küche sind sehr schön eingerichtet und der Eingangsbereich mit großer Holztür und Treppe herrschaftlich riesig. Der Check In/Out war problemlos und der Kontakt zum Vermieter/ zur Agentur herausragend und überaus freundlich. Den einen Stern Abzug für die Genauigkeit des Inserats gibt es lediglich, da nicht das ganze Grundstück umzäunt ist. Teilweise gibt es "nur" eine höhere Mauer welche oben ebenerdig mit dem Grundstück ist. Daher für uns nur bedingt mit Hunden nutzbar, bzw. immer ein Auge mehr auf Kind und/oder Tier haben.

Had everything we could ask for.. Great communication from the owners... highly recommended..

Great for families... there have been some comments about the steps for young children... no issue as we see it.. we had a 4 year old who had absolutely no problem... house has everything you need for a great relaxing holiday.. Javea and the surrounding areas are hilly.. it’s a short walk to the old town but a challenge to walk back up! Again not an issue for us.. Quite simply we just love the place... The doors to enter are just huge... the first thing the children said.. wow we’re in a castle! James the owner very attentive and clearly wanted to make sure we had a great time...

Why they chose this property

We have owned a holiday home in this area for the last 18 years. It is a safe and elegant part of Spain with a beautiful coast and with with all that holidaymakers could wish for. We have had lots of wonderful times here and we hope you will too. It is full of those extra touches that make for a completely relaxed break, such as luxury sunbeds by the 5 meter pool, outdoor dining on our terraced areas, large bathrooms and spacious living. There is satellite TV for those that wish it (Spanish, German and English channels.)
We have also added a safe for your valuables, books, games, puzzles, tennis raquets and inflatable LiLo for floating in the pool, plus beach towels and collapsible chairs for awaydays!

What makes this property unique

We love the grand entrance hall with its balustrade marble staircase, the master bedroom suite with its own private sunbathing terrace and the panoramic views, (you can just see the sea from here).
Lots of pivacy, but with easy access to town or beach locations.
