Villa Miro - the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail, listen to all the latest summer sounds and then watch the sun slowly sink below the horizon. The villa is a bright and comfortable new-build holiday villa, situated in a very quiet residential area of ​​Javea.



Walking in, you'll be greeted with a comfort living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you'll need for an at-home meal. And the living room has a comfortable sofa, smart tv and free Wi-Fi is also provided (fiber optic). So you have all the comfort you need during your holiday.



Make yourself at home in one of the 4 bedrooms. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths are accommodating for families or couples. The four bedrooms are divided over the two floors. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. And on the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. It is exactly the same on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.



Villa Miro has a large garden around the villa which is completely fenced where you have several places to sit and relax and enjoy the day. A large private pool of 10 x 5 meters (can be heated, see below) where you can all enjoy some cooling during the hot summer days. There is also space to park your car safely on private property.



During your stay, this home will be yours, and your comfort and convenience is our top priority. The home is stocked with everything you'll need! So a perfect place for a family to get away together and explore downtown Javea!



Please note:

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

3: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

5: This accommodation is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional but provides extra security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, feel free to contact us!



Important information:

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
