Beautiful apartment located in the hills of Camaiore about 20 minutes from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio. From here you can easily reach Lucca and the other art cities of Tuscany. The house, with its own entrance and private garden, is located on the first floor of a villa on two levels. The apartment is comfortable and furnished with refined taste. The living area consists of entrance hall, a large room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area has a comfortable double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside, the large terrace overlooking the garden is well furnished with a table, chairs and barbecue for your lunches. The private garden with private pool offers guests a beautiful gazebo with garden furniture to relax in the Tuscan sun. Private parking is available on the property. internet, electricity, gas and water are included in the price. The final cleaning has a cost of Euro 80,00. When necessary an extra fee for the use of heating will be calculated. Airconditioning upon request for Euro 50,00 a week. Charging batteries of electric vehicles at the house is not allowed. The deposit of Euro 300.00 is to be given on arrival in cash.

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen auf dem herrlichen Anwesen der Familien L. Das Haus war dank einer WhatsApp vom Vermieter am Tag der Ankunft mit Foto der Einfahrt gut zu finden. Die Lage des Hauses ist herrlich, es war immer etwas kühler und angenehmer als im Tal. Die Vermieter, die im unteren Teil des Hauses wohnen, sind so lieb und diskret ihren Gästen gegenüber! Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool (Alleinnutzing der Gäste) samt Pavillon ein herrlicher Platz, um sonnige Tage dort zu verbringen. Unser täglicher "café" unter dem Pavillon war Pflicht, gefolgt von einer Abkühlung im Pool. Richtig durchdacht ist auch das kleine Gartenhaus mit Toilette und Waschbecken, so dass man nicht immer zur Wohnung zurücklaufen muss.Wunderbar war auch die riesige, überdachte Terrasse. Außer in den Morgenstunden bot sie dauerhaft Schatten, und so konnten wir immer der Sonne ausweichen und dösen, lesen oder Spiele spielen.Das Haus ist wunderbar sauber und gepflegt und man spürt richtig die Geschichte. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass bei einer Renovierung der Wände kleine "Fenster in die Vergangenheit" geschaffen wurden, man also die ursprüngliche Wandbemalung erkennen konnte.Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und bedanken uns für die liebevolle und freundliche Aufnahme!

Wunderschöne Lage und sehr sauber :)

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und diskret. Die Wohnung hat alles, was wir benötigten. Der Pool hat die richtige Größe, um gut darin auch mal zu schwimmen und nicht nur zu "planschen". Die Sauberkeit, und das ist mir unheimlich wichtig, war absolut gegeben. Einziges Manko, dass aber am Ende nicht schwer wog, war, dass in der Anzeige mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir allein auf dem Anwesen sind. Ich hatte dies auch nochmals von der Agentur bestätigen lassen. Letztlich war die Vermieterfamilie mit auf dem Anwesen. Wie gesagt, wog das am Ende aber nicht schwer, weil die Vermieter sehr liebenswürdig waren und unsere Privatsphäre absolut respektiert haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder :) Lieben Gruß

Sommerurlaub

Die Eigentümer haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Garten und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt und das Haus sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist optimal, Florenz und Pisa sind in einer Autostunde erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Toscana.

Très bon séjour a Camaiore

Les points fort de cette location: le magnifique et grand jardin,la piscine , la terrasse grande et close, des propriétaires tres gentils et tres accueillants pour notre chien . La mise à disposition du linge de maison et tout le neccessaire de cuisine. La localisation de la maison pour les visites. Les points faibles : L'inconfort des lits: sommier à ressort trop mous et matelas tres fins surtout pour le lit 2 places. La route à proximité..on ne peut pas dormir fenêtre ouverte car il y a le bruit des voitures. et du coup, il fait tres chaud malgré les ventillos alors que dehors il fait frais! Par ailleurs, contrairement à l'annonce, le jardin n'est pas clos pour le moment mais les propriétaires m'ont dit qu'ils allaient le clore pour l'été prochain.

Sehr nette Leute. Herzlicher Empfang mit Apfelkuchen und selbsgepflückten Kirschen. WLAN könnte besser sein. Deutsches Fernsehen gibt's leider nicht. Schöner, gepflegter Pool. Anlage sehr gepflegt. Insgesamt sehr enpfehlenswert.

Fantastisk dejligt sted.

En dejlig og rummelig lejlighed, på 1 sal, i en skøn totalt renoveret gammelt ejendom. Familie var meget venlige og hjalp med hvad de kunne og mere til. Fantastisk pool område vi havde helt for os selv, udover poolen var der havehus med toilet ved Polen og hyggelig pavillon. Helt uden sammen ligning en fantastisk overdækketvterrasse med grill mm Eneste minus var lidt trafik støj fra nærliggende vej. En fantastisk ferie ved en dejlig og venlig værtsfamilie og en rigtig italiensk landvilla 🌞🌞

Très bien

Bonjour, nous sommes restés très contents de notre séjour en Italie. La maison était très propre, décorée avec un goût. Nous avons beaucoup aimé de passer une semaine de nos vacances avec la famille très accueillante et généreuse . C’était de plus interessant d’apprendre l’histoire de la maison et même voir quelques anciennes pentures aux murs. Les hôtes nous ont donnés tout l’information utile concernant les places à visiter, les restaurants proposant les plats typiques. Nous avons très apprécié la piscine qui était une place merveilleuse pour se détendre, toujours propre. En plus, avons occasion de manger les légumes et fruits généreusement proposés par la famille . Nous recommandons vivement cette maison à ceux qui cherchent l’endroit tranquille pour profiter du charme de Toscane. Svetlana et Mimo

Küchen Wände feucht und mit Schimmel Befall Foto vorhanden. Heizung wurde nur eingeschaltet wenn wir im Objekt waren. Wir hatten max 18,9 Grad im Wohnbereich. Und das Weihnachten!!! Badezimmer Dusche Tür Defekt. War aus den Angeln gefallen und Wasser zum duschen kam erst nach 7 minutigen laufenlassen . Sehr alt und die Möbel verwohnt. Die Bilder auf Ferienwohnung direkt sind Blender

Mooie omgeving en huisje en lieve eigenaren

Mooi net huisje, gastvrij ontvangen met een heerlijke appeltaart. Prachtige omgeving, Veel wandelaars en je kunt er fantastisch racefietsen. Dicht bij zee, Lucca en Florence. Wat minder was, dat het huisje aan een doorgaande weg ligt, wat erg gehorig is.

Wunderschöne Tage in der Toskana

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt: Der liebe Empfang, das große perfekt ausgestattete Apartment in diesem schönen Haus, die tolle Terrasse, die Nähe zu Lucca, zu Florenz und zum Meer. Nur zu empfehlen!!

Tolle Unterkunft, super nette Begrüßung.

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder, und ein Hund unterwegs. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, alles war sehr schön, wir hatten sehr viel Spaß. Tolle Unterkunft, Terrasse und Beratung. Super nette Begrüßung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit Apfelkuchen, Wassermelone und Sekt empfangen. Wir hatten eine saubere, gemütliche Wohnung und freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber/Inn. (Er hat uns eine Terassentür für unsere Hund gebastelt). Wir empfehlen der Strand am Viareggio, Stadtbesichtigung Pisa, Florenz, Luca.

Semplicemente fantastico.. La casa in stile ottocentesco di molta classe ed eleganza, tutta la famiglia che abita al di sotto dell’appartamento sono molto gentile e ospitali.. ci hanno accolto con una torta di mele e bollicine di benvenuto.. la pulizia della casa è impeccabile! è una esperienza da fare assolutamente!! Io e mia famiglia vogliamo tornare senz’altro!

Meravigliosamente

Unsere Erwartungen sind bei weitem übertroffen worden. Besonders wird uns der herzliche und warme Empfang und die große Gastfreundschaft in Erinnerung bleiben, die einen erlebnisreichen Urlaub eingeleitet haben. Die Lage Valpromaros in den Luccheser Bergen hat es uns ermöglicht, sowohl die Badefreuden der Versilia, die unberührte Natur der Garfagnana und die Kultur und Historie Luccas zu genießen. Das alles hat uns über das sommerliche Menschengetümmel in den Straßen und auf den Plätzen von Pisa, Florenz und Siena mehr als hinweggetröstet. Es war der schönste Urlaub, den wir bislang mit unseren Kindern erleben durften. Und dafür danken wir Angela, Michele und ihrem Sohn von ganzem Herzen!!!

Schöne und grosszügige Unterkunft mit netten Vermietern

Nicht nur die Toskana, sondern auch diese Unterkunft ist eine Reise wert. In einem kleinen Dorf an der einer Pilgerstraße gelegen ist die wunderschön restaurierte erste Etage einer Villa bestens geeignet sich zum einen zu erholen und zum anderen als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu nehmen.

What a Wonderful Place

First I must mention the hosts. They have our vote for the nicest family in Italy. They were warm and welcoming. The rental is the entire 2nd floor of their lovely home. It has a private entry. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It has obviously been completely renovated and is in perfect condition. Everything is very comfortable. We had been staying in the center of historic districts in towns and cities all over Umbria and Tuscany. This was a very nice change to be out in a small village in the country with low mountains around. The peace and quiet was most welcome. It was fairly easy to make day trips to both Lucca and Pisa. Nevertheless, there are some very good restaurants in the vicinity that the hosts can recommend. So you can stay in the countryside and enjoy a good meal there as well. I highly recommend anyone to stay here on a visit to the Lucca area.

Excellente prestation et localisation idéale pour profiter de la mer et des villes(Pise, Lucca..)

Les propriétaires sont adorables, accueil très chaleureux, très grande maison avec terrasse totalement équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable. La location est à mi-chemin de la mer (20 minutes) avec de très belles plages mais également proches de villes touristiques (luccas, Pïse, .. un peu plus loin Burga à visiter absolument). Nous recommandons vivement cette location!
