Family house Folo consists of 5 apartments and is situated in an attractive part of Rovinj - only 1,5 km away from the town centre and 350 m from the Cuvi beach. The simply furnished apartment A3 is located on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), an equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, water kettle, coffee machine) and air-conditioned dining and living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed for two additional persons, a bathroom with a shower and a nice balcony with a little seating area. The city center is only 1,5 km away from the apartment offering the guests a relaxing holiday away from the city noise but at the same time close to the beach, the city, the shops, restaurants, coffees and the night life of Rovinj. The location also offers you the possibility to make many day trips to the famous tourist destinations Pula, Porec or the popular tourist locations in the central Istria. Youth groups are not allowed.

Een heerlijk appartement op goede locatie

Een compleet, ruim en schoon appartement. (Wasmachine aanwezig, parkeerplek voor auto en fiets) Huisbaas bewoond een gedeelte van de benedenverdieping en ze was voor vragen altijd beschikbaar. Dichtbij het centrum en het strand. Wekelijks wisseling badhandoeken en beddengoed. Tip: Stofzuiger/ dweil toevoegen aan de inventaris. Wij zaten er 14 dagen en dan wil je wel graag eea schoonhouden.
