Varella is a two-bedroom house located in the La Rafal Valley, in the heart of the Pollensa countryside. The villa offers stunning views of the Puig de Maria and the surrounding mountains, while the town of Pollensa is just 1 km away. It has a beautiful swimming pool, a sun terrace with plenty of space, and a lovely barbecue area for lovers of outdoor cooking.



The house is two-storey. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The double bedroom has direct access to the pool area. Upstairs, there is a loft with a twin bedroom.



The covered terrace is ideal for relaxation and has beautiful wooden furniture. The outdoor area is perfect for rest and to admire the beauty of the Mallorcan countryside and the mountains surrounding the town of Pollensa. The house is for a maximum of 4 people only.
