It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, heat pump heating, air conditioning, private pool, garage in the same building, 1 TV, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

The independent kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

IMPORTANT: Guests will stay on the upper floor, lower floor empty. Not all rooms have air conditioning. THE HOUSE HAS MANY STAIRS. NOT RECOMMENDED for people with disabilities, elderly and children under 6 years old.
