The modern open-plan layout lends a bright and airy atmosphere to the living areas with the lounge and dining room having direct access to the balcony that overlooks the town and ocean beyond. Great location and balcony views

Great location within a five minute walk of the beaches and harbor. The Barnoon car park is adjacent to the property. The balconies provide amazing views over St Ives. The key was missing from the lockbox when we arrived, but the property manager was very responsive and we were in the unit within the hour.

There quite were a few issues that needed sorting out - David was excellent at getting these sorted and very helpful. Wonderful view from the balconies - and lots of lovely sea-gulls nesting near-bye. Once the heating was sorted out, the apartment was warm and comfortable.

Not Luxury, Not good, Not OK.

The first impression is that this property needs a good cleaning and some refurbishment. The carpets are dirty as are the curtains. Overall sloppy. Tough two floors of circular stairs to get to the apartment. Kitchen is really not well stocked with pots, pans etc. no one meet us at the property. There was no binder containing information. 2 baths, 2 rolls of toilet paper. I called and emailed. No response. We bought some. Little things like no salt, just pepper. No info on appliances. The ice trays in the freezer were broken. Couch was dirty and had bed sheets hanging out. Two small patios need TLC ! The kitchen cabinets skirt fell down, twice. I call the local property manager, no response. Help from the owner never happened. Response, service gets a 0.

Week away in St Ives

This is a great 2 bedroom apartment that overlooks the town and harbour from an elevated position near Barnoon car park (Porthmeor beach). The main bedroom has a balcony as does the lounge/kitchen/diner which we really enjoyed sitting on looking across the bay towards Carbis Bay and Hayle beyond
