Do you want to enjoy a lovely family villa in ancient city of Osor, the anti-stress oasis of the islands Cres and Losinj, one of the most beautiful parts of Adriatic Sea in Croatia?

The villa has the surface area of approximately 130 m2 and 660 m2 of garden area. An antic wall from Venetian era (height of about 3,5 m) forms the eastern boundary courtyard and is a part of city walls, while the southern border is an antic wall from Roman era which is also a part of city walls. With regard to the walls, vegetation and its location, villa offers a great privacy. You can enjoy the shade of the old pine trees, watch the bay and the sail boats just few meters away, or you can just walk to the beach which is only 250 meters away. The villa is accessible also by car, there is a parking place in the garden.The villa consists of kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms, bathroom and hallway upstairs.

Visit Villa Antiqua, a lovely family villa in the ancient city of Osor, one of the most beautiful parts in Adria. Privacy is guaranteed. You can enjoy in the shade of old pine trees, watch the bay and sail boats just few meters away, or you can just walk to the beach.

The renovated villa provides 130m² of living space and can accommodate nine people. The villa consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway on the upper floor. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and ice maker machine. The living room has a dining and a sitting area. Wood for the fireplace is provided free of charge. The first bedroom has a king's size bed (160 x 200cm). The second bedroom has king's size bed (160 x 200cm). The third has double bed (180x200cm), sofa bed for 2 persons (160x200cm) and extra bed. In addition, a cot is also available. The two modern bathrooms have a shower and toilet. All the rooms in the villa can be heated and air conditioned. There is a free wireless high speed internet connection.

a lovely, well equipped house with character - everything you need from air conditioned bedrooms Could, a blender, ice maker, espresso maker, toaster, hairdryer ... we loved having the large garden Which is completely walled so safe for young children. the owner was extremely kind and helpful to us, Which made our stay really enjoyable and we hope to return.

Die Gastgeber Sonja und Ivica sind sensationell - gastfreundlich, humorvoll und immer hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns wie bei guten Feunden und kommen gerne wieder !

Peaceful heaven with the butterflies

What a wonderful place and what wonderful hosts were Ivica, Lidjia, Sven and Branco. Villa Antiqua is beautiful, atmospheric and utterly peaceful - and in such a lovely position in the gorgeous town of Osor and by the sea - perfect! The house is lovely with a rustic air and lovely large flower and butterfly filled garden; it is also very comfortable with all modern amenities, lovely linens and the best equipped kitchen imaginable. The bar-b-que is a lovely traditional stone one with its own pika as well. Ivec and his family were available at all times to offer help and when we needed them to offered help instantly. We would love to return to this 7 star heaven.

Central to both Cres and Losinj. Our hosts Ivica and Sonja were so accommodating to all our needs. Fresh fish, sausage from Slovenia and that Peka, oh that Peka was fantastic way to cook meals. Perfect winter escape

Very comfortable house to stay in winter We came as extended family with dog and children. Very helpful house owners. Charming sleepingrooms with good beds. Kitchen newly installed and well equipped for eigth people. Praise for the heating system: the fireplace fuels a floorheating downstairs and radiators upstairs. Nice big garden. Plenty of hiking possibilities in the surroundings. Its worth to see the Adriatic sea in winter !

wounderful holiday

We had a wounderful holiday in the villa Antiqua. Very nice owners. The house and the garden was very clean and you find all what you need. It was perfect for our dogs. Also, the kids were very glad. Osor is a nice small village. Some steps away there is a pizzeria with very good pizza and ice cream. Also, there is a small supermarket were you can buy everything you need. We really enjoyed our holiday and for sure we will come back.

A real relaxing place

We had a great time in Villa Antiqua. The despription in Internet is accurate. Everything is in top condition and very clean. House and garden are spacoius. Ivaca gave us a nice and friendly welcome. He explained everything in detail. If we had any questions we got help immediately. Osor is a cute old town with two bars and some restaurants. The next beach is five minutes to walk. It is a pleasant place.

A very nice place for hiking and hang around

The garden is beautiful and the house is an antique villa. All you need you will find. For cooking there are enough dishes for about 8 Persons. A TV-Set if somenone likes to do so, and look German, Austrian or other country TV. Also a Stereoset prepared for Iphone and Radio. The technical equipment was not on the highest level, but it works very well. The small village called Osor is a really old village and have its foundation time back ago to the 12th Century. A short remark to the landlord: He is a really courteaus and helpful friendly person. I can recoomend this property to everyone who wants to stay in a placid countryside. For the personal use, you will be wellcomed.

Wonderful house and garden in beautiful surroundin

We spent a wonderful 10 days in Villa Antiqua, enjoying the house but also very much the garden in beautiful croatian surroundings. The house was squeaky clean upon our arrival, and we were greeted by a friendly host who did everything to make our stay a real pleasure. I warmly recommend!

Marvellous stay at Villa Antiqua

We, 3 adults and one child, spent some wonderful days at Villa Antiqua. The house is in good shape, very clean and extremely well equipped. Ivica welcomed us although we arrived late and furnished us will all relevant information. The garden with the old trees is an oasis. The property is only 2 minutes walk away from the most lovely town square of Osor. And it is the perfect starting point to discover the Islands of Cres and Losinj with its incredibly lovely beaches and villages. We appreciated our stay very much and would like to come back again.

Wonderful stay in Osor

The Villa is very well located in the middle of two islands so you can visit both Cres and Lošinj. House is amazing, it has everything what we needed, the kitchen is fully equipped and clean. Garden is very big, perfect for relaxation in the shades with a good book. Ivica, see you next year.

Absolutely perfect. Clean rooms, nice garden, private terrace. Absolutely quiet surroundings. No traffic noise at all. Excellent service and welcoming. Perfect place on awesome location. WE highly recommend this accommodation ;-) We will definitively be back one day.
