If you prefer more strenuous activities, then mountains such as Ben Vorlich, Ben Chonzie and Ben Lawers provide some excellent walking in dramatic scenery, and water sports are available on Loch Earn. A little further afield, but still within easy driving distance, you are able to enjoy day trips to the magnificent Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, or visit the attractive small villages in the area.
