Very close to ocean front. Pet friendly and beach was very dog friendly. All dogs were controlled and friendly. Really nice porch on cottage. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was great and Mike was a great host. You can’t beat the location and our family of 4 were incredibly comfortable for the week. Mike is a great communicator. I had a bunch of questions leading up to our stay and he was timely and detailed in his responses. We can’t wait to stay again in the future!

Talk about awesome location in a calm easy going area. 50 steps or less to the ocean. Floor level! Awesome warm water outdoor shower! Close to everything! We had a great time thank you Mike!

Mike’s place, just steps from the ocean, is a fantastic little beach condo. The only thing that surpasses the house, is Mike’s stewardship of it. Communicating with Mike was like talking to an old friend; every question answered, every need met. Thanks Mike! We’ll definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was a clean home, and the owner was great, he coordinated with us well prior to and during our visit. The location could not be better, a few minutes walk to the beach is a dream!

Wonderful stay, just steps away from the beach and right in the heart of Dewey, so easy to get around. Lovely little place, very comfortable! Loved the extra half bath. Mike was super quick to respond to any questions and gave me easy check-in instructions.

Perfect Location

Location couldn't be any more perfect, very close to the beach (the whole reason to be in Dewey)! Easy, short walk to all local restaurants & stores. Onsite parking for 2 cars was perfect. Spacious living area inside, and a great front screened in porch to relax. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
