Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony. No smoking is allowed in the building. - Linens are provided. This includes bedding, sheets and bath towels. Bring your own beach towels.
- Building registration fee. The Plaza charges a $80 fee which must be paid at check-in. This fee is in addition to the rental fees paid when booking. The registration fee includes garage parking for up to two cars. Additional parking may also be available for $20/day per car which can be paid on-site. There is also a public parking lot within 1/2 block of the unit. No street parking is permitted.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
