Inside, you will have at your disposal 3 bedrooms with double bed (two 160 cm and one 140 cm) and a free WiFi connection. Ideal for 6 people (sleeps 8 in total with the sofa bed),
All the furniture (beds, living-dining room, terrace ...) is new, the bathroom has been completely renovated to offer a spacious walk-in shower

Its lounge offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent exploring the region and its beaches or around the swimming pool. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including the TV (with access to Netflix) and the Wi-Fi connection.

You can prepare delicious recipes in a large fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, electric BBQ, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, dishes etc. ) directly overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool, then enjoy them around the tables provided for 8-10 guests in the dining room or on the terrace.

Outside, you will enjoy its huge terrace offering a breathtaking panoramic view, with its large swimming pool (9 x 4 m) and its submerged bench, which you can light up in the evening to enjoy it even more. Around the swimming pool will sit at your convenience the large table for lunch or dinner for up to 10 people enjoying the view, the sunbathing and sun loungers and the new ping pong table.

On the other side of the garden, children can also take advantage of a wooded area to play outside, under the trees.

Its location is ideal, dominant, slightly set back from the coast (4 km from the sea line) but offering all the facilities (restaurants, local shops and supermarkets, and all services) within a radius of 10 to 15 minutes, between Blanes and Pineda de Mar.

Ideally served by the AP7 and C-32 motorways, you can explore the essentials of the Costa Brava within an hour and central Barcelona is 45 minutes away on the C32. Barcelona airport is 1 hour away and Girona airport (direct flights Beauvais-Girona with Ryan Air) 30 minutes, direct connection with the TGV also to Girona or Barcelona.

On the practical side, sheets are provided (one set per bed) as well as hand towels. Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. To preserve the family vocation of the house and its environment, parties are not allowed and groups of young people are prohibited.

Please note that the tourist tax is included in the price. The cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant or can be taken care of at an additional cost.
