Sehr schönes Haus und Umgebung

Wir hatten in dem Haus eine super Zeit. Es ist ruhig gelegen, sehr groß und komfortabel. Die Zimmer haben bis auf eins jedes ein eigenes Bad was wirklich praktisch ist. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight an dem Haus vor allem bei sehr heißem Wetter. Die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt und es hat zwei große Kühlschränke wo ausreichend Platz ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und ist per Handy super erreichbar bei eventuell auftretenden Problemen. Etwas schwierig ist die Zufahrt zum Haus, da es durch eine enge Straße durch ein Tor zu einer recht steilen Zufahrt geht, weswegen ein Auto mit wenig Bodenfreiheit eventuell aufsetzen könnte. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus.

totaal het geld niet waad

- Er is slechts gedurende ongeveer 3 dagen warm water geweest. - Wij werden verschillende malen gevraagd ter beschikking te blijven om techniekers binnen te laten . - De airconditioning in 1 van de slaapkamers was stuk en is slechts op 22/7 gemaakt.In die kamer was de matras trouwens vuil. De kussenslopen waren aan de rits stuk. Op het deken dat in de kamer lag zaten er snottebellen. - In een andere kamer was in het begin van het verlof de douche verstopt. De eigenares is dit de tweede dag komen oplossen maar dit had voor onze aankomst in orde moeten zijn - Ze hebben niet gezegd dat de massagezetel stuk was alhoewel de eigenares dit wist. We moesten alle kapotte zaken zelf vinden, zaken waarvan zij duidelijk reeds op de hoogte was. - Van een bepaalde douche zijn gewoon stukken afgekomen. - In de jacuzzi werkten er verschillende jets niet en werkte de draaistop om het water weg te laten lopen, niet. - Het bed in de kinderkamer zat niet goed in elkaar. Het hing nog slechts met twee stukken aan elkaar. - De knoppen om het wc door te trekken vielen heel snel door het paneel. Ook dit wist de huiseigenares. Dit is in elke badkamer die we gebruikten gebeurd. - Op 19/7 zijn we te weten gekomen dat het kraantjewater niet drinkbaar was. - De eigenares kent onvoldoende Engels, de vertalers waren niet voldoende aanwezig. Foto's zijn ter beschikking. Wij willen gedeeltelijke terugbetaling. Het was geen ontspannende ervaring, wat toch de bedoeling van dit huis was.

Geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Zufahrt ist wirklich sehr eng und etwas versteckt, aber mit guten Fahrkünsten machbar. Bettengröße ist tatsächlich etwas begrenzt. Es gibt nur 2 Zimmer, die für Partner geeignet sind. Aufenthaltsbereich innen wie außen jedoch sehr großzügig und schön angelegt. Pool ist das absolute Highlight!

Bester Pool mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir reisten mit 2 Familien an, jeweils 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (17, 2x14 und 13 Jahre). In den Betten in den Kinderzimmern mit 120x190cm können nur kleinere Kinder zu zweit schlafen, nicht aber unsere Teenager-Kinder. Glücklicherweise gab es im Wohnzimmer noch eine Schlafcouch. So hatte am Ende jeder seinen Schlafplatz. Das Haus bietet sonst sehr viel Platz. Der Pool war mit ein Highligth und wurde täglich genutzt. Bei Problemen war Roxana jederzeit ansprechbar und hat für eine Lösung gesorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Tolle Villa, wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) haben die zwei Wochen Aufenthalt im Haus von Roxana sehr genossen. Die Villa und das Grundstück bieten ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien und besonders die Größe des Pools (10x5m) war nicht nur für die Kinder ein absoluter Traum! Das Haus liegt oben auf einem Berg und der Ausblick ist einfach wunderbar. Die Zufahrt zur Villa ist tatsächlich etwas schwierig aber ein BMW X6 sowie ein Audi A6 hatten noch etwas Platz. Die Küche ist vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet - großer Vorteil sind die zwei Kühlschränke. Städte wie Pisa, Lucca oder Florenz sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch die schönen Strände in der Nähe von Cecina sind innerhalb von 45 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nutzten wir überwiegend in Livorno. Die Kommunikation mit Roxana war unkompliziert über Whatsapp möglich. Bei An-und Abreise war jeweils ein Übersetzer vor Ort. Wir können diese schöne Villa nur empfehlen und würden auch gern wiederkommen!

Sehr grosszügiges Haus für bis zu 8 Personen

Positiv: - grosser Wohnbereich - in jedem Zimmer Fernseher - grosser, sauberer Pool - Moderne Küche (Gas) mit 2 grossen Kühlschränken und viel Stauraum - Bequeme Betten, 2 Kinderzimmer und 2 Erwachsenenzimmer, alle Zimmer mit separatem Bad / Dusche - Untergeschoss mit Sauna und Whirlpool sowie Waschküche - Terrasse mit Sonne von morgens bis abends - für Probleme war Roxana jederzeit sofort erreichbar Negativ: - erste Kunden für die Saison 2022, noch nicht alles bereit gewesen (Geschirr-Anzahl, Gläser, Pool-Abdeckung und Klima-Anlagen in Zimmern nicht funktioniert, wird behoben) - für die Terrasse mit Pool nur 1 Schirm, wenig Sonnenschutz

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Die Aussicht macht alles wett. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist allerdings sehr eng. Mit einem großen Auto könnte es Probleme geben. Die Kommunikation mit Roxana lief tadellos und dank Google Translator gab es da auch keine Probleme. Roxana hat immer schnell geantwortet und man konnte mit allen Problemen jederzeit an sie treten. Sie war stets um eine Lösung bemüht.

Super Villa mit großem Pool

Das Objekt war sehr sauber , man hatte ordentlich viel Platz wo sich jeder mal in eine Ecke zurück ziehen konnte . Die Zufahrt zum Objekt ist ein bisschen eng zwischen ein paar Häuser durch aber wer sein Auto kennt und Fahren kann kein problem .Wir hatten paar Technische Probleme mit ein paar Geräten wie z.b Pool abdeckung usw aber wurde nach kurzer Naricht an Roxana innerhalb kürzester Zeit wieder behoben also alles rundum Perfekt wir würden wieder hin gehen .

Sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub

Wunderschönes Haus und tolles Panorama, sehr angenehme Vermieterin. Nur die Stühle auf der Terrasse waren recht unbequem, ein paar bequeme Terrassenmöbel hätten das Ganze vervollkommnet. Aber ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

Fantastisch uitzicht op Toscane

We hebben een geweldige week gehad met zon, regen en onweer. Alle dagen hebben we buiten kunnen eten bij het zwembad. Tijdens het slechte weer is de fitnessruimte met sauna en jacuzzi heel fijn geweest. Door het grote raam in de huiskamer heb je een fantastisch mooi uitzicht op de Toscaanse heuvels en de zee. Alle slaapkamers zijn luxe ingericht met ieder een eigen badkamer en airco. De keuken is goed ingericht met een fijne oven. Het is goed een auto te hebben want de villa staat wel eindje van een supermarkt en de zee vandaan. Uitstap naar Pisa en Lucca is ook prima te doen. Roxanna heeft ons prima ontvangen en samen met een tolk ons wegwijs gemaakt door het huis. Zeker een aanrader voor een familievakantie waarin je kunt relaxen in luxe!

Zomervakantie 2 weken in augustus 2020

Het ontvangst was hartelijk. Eigenaresse spreekt geen Engels, maar heeft dit prima opgelost met een tolk die telkens beschikbaar was. Het huis werd getoond en waar nodig uitgelegd mbt bijv poort openen, verlichting, zwembad en keukenapparatuur. Het huis is binnen en buiten heel schoon. Bij vragen of problemen is de eigenaresse goed bereikbaar en problemen worden snel opgelost. De wasmachine deed het bijv niet goed en werd de volgende ochtend gelijk gemaakt nadat bij ons gecheckt was of het ons uitkwam. Voor onze jongeren een prima plek waar ze zich geen moment hebben verveeld. Wij hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad!
