Parghelia Apartment

Louise was very helpful and accommodating. Property was comfortable and close to the beach, however the walk to/from the beach would be very difficult for anyone with physical limitations because the stairway down is over 100 stairs and quite steep. Nice restaurants and small grocery store within walking distance. There is A/C in every room and 2 full baths with shower, although the showers are very small. Overall very nice place. *Note* if you plan on working remotely via WiFi this property has very weak/slow internet so live video meetings and streaming TV will be difficult.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay and very accommodating hosts. The villa is beautifully positioned to give you a very easy access to Parghelia’s beach, which is one of the most beautiful we have seen. It was perfect for us, our friends and our children.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus (fast) direkt am Meer

Wir waren eine Woche Ende September/Anfang Oktober in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr geräumig und hat alles, was man sich wünscht (u.a. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Terrasse UND Balkon, eigene Garage...). Vom Balkon aus hat man Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand ist über eine längere Treppe zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr malerisch inmitten von Felsformationen gelegen (Sandstrand). Die Kommunikation mit Louise war bestens. Uns hat's an nichts gefehlt. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder Uralub machen.

Very nice holiday home in beautiful area

We spent with 6 people our summer vacation in this beautiful holiday home in direct proximity to the beach. This is within walking distance via a staircase. The water is crystal clear and pleasantly warn. The offshore rocks guarantee great impressions while snorkeling. The house itself is equipped with everything you need for a successful holiday and corresponds to 100% of the description. The owner Louise is very friendly and helpful and can give good tips for excursions in the area. The picturesque town of Tropea, which is located in the immediate vicinity, invites you to go for a walk or to dine in the many restaurants, especially in the evening. So for the house as well as for the area an absolute recommendation from us.

Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen die wir je in Italien gebucht haben, wir waren zu 4 Erwachsenen dort, die Wohnung bietet reichlich Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Wir sind von Louise und Lino sehr freundlich empfangen worden, sie hätten immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und Anregungen und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Der Strand, eine wunderschöne Bucht, war zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Appartement de belle surface aménagé relativement confortablement. Garage en sous sol très pratique Emplacement ideal en basse saison L'été, la plage très sympa doit attirer du monde et donc du passage de voitures Propriétaire très sympa et à l'écoute les repas sont très agréables à l'exterieur sur la table présentée en photo En résumé très bon emplacement au dessus d'une très belle plage

Amazing holiday home - very clean and close to the beach.

We had a great time in Parghelia, the apartment was perfect for our trip: Plenty of space for a group of 5, clean and had everything we needed in the household. The location was ideal, close to the beach (3 mins by foot) and just as close to the town, with a few restaurants and small supermarket. I would definitely recommend staying here and we would be happy to come back!

Due settimane di vero relax accolti molto bene dai proprietari Louise e Lino (gentilissimi). La casa è molto spaziosa e con una vista mare da prima fila (il tramonto è incantevole). Cosa si può volere di più ......oltre ad essere a due passi dall'incantevole Tropea. P.s. La fornitura di primizie a km 0 di Lino sono state la ciliegina sulla torta!

Casa Magherita - Parghelia

The appartment is modern, well-furnished and spacious. It is well-situated in a quiet street a few minutes walk from the beach and close proximity toTropea and other interesting towns. The hostess is very pleasant and responsive. The only flaw, I would say, is that the WiFi coverage is not good overall in the appartment.

Tolles Haus, perfekt und ausreichend eingerichtet, einfach alles super und auch sehr nette, aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :-) Grande casa, insieme perfetto e sufficiente, tutto era eccellente e molto bello, padroni di casa attenti. Ci siamo sentiti molto confortevole e sarebbe sicuramente tornare :-) Great house, perfect and sufficient set, everything was super and very nice, attentive hosts. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back :-)
