This charming 3 bedroom townhouse with its traditional features, offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It has a prime location situated in Mijas Playa club, only 100 metres from the local beach and walking distance to all the amenities the wonderful town of La Cala de Mijas has to offer.
Whilst Experiencing the authentic feel of the neighborhood in this charming, older property, you can still have access to modern facilities including a 50 inch Smart TV, Fiber optic Wifi, a hotel style safe and coffee machine. The community offers two shared swimming pools and on street parking only.
The accommodation is spread over 3 floors, the ground floor has an open plan lounge/diner and kitchen, the lounge opened up onto a lovely south facing patio and garden area. The fully fitted kitchen leads on to a private and enclosed terrace with a built in charcoal BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining. There is a cloakroom and also air conditioning that provides heating and cooling.
Take the rustic marble staircase upto the first floor, which has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a king size bed with wardrobes and both have access to a south facing terraces with a small table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine. The third bedroom looks out onto the back of the property, it has two singles beds and wardrobes. All of the Windows and doors are fitted with the traditional style Spanish reja gates for extra security. There is a family bathroom with a washing machine and the bedrooms have air conditioning with the cooling and heating facility.
You can follow the next flight of stairs up to a lovely, sunny roof terrace that gives the perfect area for sunbathing and admiring the sea views. It is furnished with four sun loungers and there is a small area that has an undercounter fridge and a tumble dryer.

Property was exactly as described. Perfect location 2 mins from beach, supermarket, shops etc. communication excellent from property manager. Would def return to this townhouse in the future
Great central property at the heart of everything. Near great restaurants and cafes and only ever 5 mins walk from anywhere. Really quiet and safe community even though there was a restaurant opposite, we didn't hear much.Pools were quiet but get busy in the afternoon and you can't move the sunbeds so work out where to get the best sun/shade.Beach at the end of the road is clean, well maintained and safe.The only improvement that can be made is clearer instructions on where the key box is on arrival. It took us about 30 mins to work out. You get dropped off on the road which is at the back of the house and the keys are at the front.

Manager was very helpful answering all my questions before my holiday.
The property was exactly as described, as the photos showed & spacious.
We had our holiday July 2020 so only 1 pool was open due to Covid 19.
The beach was soft sand & only 2 to 3 mins walk from the property, the Town the same.
I would stay in this property again & would recommend it for a family or a group of friends.
We had a fantastic time staying in the centre of La Cala, close to everywhere, beach, bars, restaurants and pool.
We intended to strip the beds and tidy the lounge area before we left, sorry, but we had a text to say our flight was cancelled, which stressed me. We booked our taxi earlier to get to the airport to find out what was going on and ended up having to get flights with another company to another destination Leeds instead of Liverpool at a later time!
We will be back again next year and we have already told people how fantastic the property was. Thanks for everything.

Fantastisk feriebolig i La Cala de Mijas
La Cala de Mijas er en virkelig hyggelig lille by helt nede ved vandet. Ferieboligen ligger i et roligt og lukket område, tæt på både by og vand. Huset er godt indrettet og har egen lille have samt tagterrasse, og er det perfekte udgangspunkt for en god ferie i området. Stor anbefaling herfra.
Ideal location just steps from the beach as advertised. Property was excellent, with everything supplied for a comfortable stay. We were hoping to have a few bbqs during our holiday but unfortunately there was no shaded area on that patio. A parasol would have been a great addition……perhaps it was stored away in the cupboards in error! It was frustrating on our first day to find that the wrong aircon info was supplied for the property!!
