Deltamar 24 Solo Familias!

The Deltamar I residential complex is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach, first line with direct beach access, low-rise construction without lift, with a lake-style swimming pool surrounded by 4,000 m2 of gardens. Optional underground parking spaces are offered.



Available apartment on the first floor with a side north-facing terrace, with sea views. It has a kitchen with an American bar, a gallery-laundry room, a living-dining room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. WIFI service included.



Capacity 6/7 people.

YOUNG GROUP NOT ADMITTED (under thirty years old).

PETS ALLOWED upon request with a maximum of 10 kilos (7€/night)



Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!



Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.



The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).



Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

buena orientación

La ubicación y la orientación El alojamiento en mi opinión no está en condiciones de alquilarse por los siguientes motivos: La televisión no funciona, la señal de antena no llega bien y se corta constantemente. Los baños no tienen ni un solo mueble, aunque sea para poner el neceser.... En unos de ellos huele a menudo a alcantarilla, debe tener algún problema con el bote sifónico. La alcachofa de la ducha está tan vieja y llena de cal que el agua sale para todos lados menos hacia el centro. En el baño de la habitación hay un foco q da poca luz y de las dos bombillas solo funciona una. El sofá del salón está sucio y muy blando. El suelo de la terraza está lleno de manchas. La cocina, aunque los muebles están nuevos, en mi opinión es muy justa para una casa de 6 personas, no poner un lavavajillas en la reforma me parece un error. Hay muebles en la casa q están muy viejos y que da la sensación que los han recogido de algún sitio y los han colocado. Como la cómoda de la entrada, que los cajones no abren bien y poner una cómoda en la entrada en lugar de un zapatero o algo más estrecho da la sensacion de que por no tirarlo lo han puesto ahí. Todo esto son pequeñas cosas que se podrían solucionar con poco dinero, no son defectos graves, pero hacen que la estancia no sea agradable. Otra cosa son las ventanas, los baños y la casa en general, tiene muchos años y no se ha reformado, para el precio por el que se alquila debería estar más actualizada. Da la sensación de que quieren sacar el máximo rendimiento
