This place was perfect for our trip and had all we needed in a great location! Communication was clear and open throughout the process and we would recommend a stay here if in telluride!

We rented this condo for the Blues & Brews festival weekend. Two couples, no kids. The two bedrooms were ample, two bathrooms with showers but only one toilet so be aware. Kitchen was well appointed although we didn’t do much cooking. It’s at the end of town but easily accessible by town bus or a 20 min walk along the lovely creek trail. Owner is very responsive and accommodating.

Great location in the town where everything was walkable. Host was fabulous and very communicative. Check in and check out were so easy. Place even comes with 1 parking spot which was amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed the place. You literally a 3 minute walk to lift 7. A little longer walk to the gondola or the Mainstreet of Telluride. Everything about the condo was perfect. Very clean, no issues. A convenient storage closet right across the hall to store your skis at the end of the day. A quick walk to a very good grocery store.Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Awesome ski trip

My family loved the place and Andrea was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The lodge was very close to the gondola to enjoy some skiing and everyone in town was so nice. I would definitely stay there again!

Great property in great location

We had a fantastic stay. Andrea was a very accommodating and responsive host. The property is exactly as advertised and we were so pleased with it being just a short walk to the chair lift. We loved Telluride and our time at the property.

Perfect location for a ski trip!!!

This place is perfect for a ski trip! Great location, walk right to lift 7 and the gondola. Can almost ski right to the back porch!! Definitely would stay here again
