The villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Balcon al Mar and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Its comfort and the close vicinity of stunning beaches, amazing restaurants, shopping, sports activities, sights and scenery make this the perfect relaxing place for your holiday. Enjoy glorious sunrises from one of the four terraces and in the evenings saviour sunsets while drinking a glass of something cold and refreshing or just enjoy the sea breeze. Night lighting creates the perfect atmosphere for lazy evenings by the pool.

The villa is situated close to Javea and only 10 minutes’ drive from the beautiful blue flag beach of L’Arenal, with its family friendly restaurants, bars and nightlife, and (during the summer months) craft stalls, artists and musicians. A 5 minute drive takes you to either La Barraca beach with a hidden gem of a restaurant with amazing sea views or Granadella cove which has been voted the best beach in Spain for a number of years by a famous Spanish TV show.
Javea is ideal for a family holiday with the World Health Organisation proclaiming Javea to have “one of the healthiest climates with more recorded hours of sunshine per year than anywhere else in Spain”. Javea is made up of three areas; L’Arenal, the port area with its fish market and promenade with fantastic restaurants and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings, and colourful market every Thursday morning. You are spoilt for choice with fabulous restaurants in Javea, from Michelin star eateries to local tapas. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with crossings to the Balearic islands (for a trip to Ibiza). Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only 30 minutes’ drive away with its water park Aqualandia and Terra Mitica which is one of Europe’s largest theme parks.

o golf: within 10 minutes’ drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 20 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course, although flat, has many trees and water obstacles and presents a good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within an hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
