Large, comfortable house "Moser". In the district of Balcón al Mar, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (10 x 6 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Toscamar" 4.1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 5 km, rocky beach "Ambolo" 3 km, nudist beach 4 km. Tennis 1.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Casa Moser", 4-room house 140 m2. Simple and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (190 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC, shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the garden, to the swimming pool. Large terrace.
