Fully renovated summer villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on one floor.
INTERIOR: This beautiful villa has a large living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and air conditioning. An open fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. An adapted bathroom with shower and bathtub. A bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. A bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. And finally a bathroom with a shower. This villa is adapted for people with disabilities.
EXTERIOR: Lovely landscaped terrace area with an 8x4 rectangular pool with Roman steps. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking on the same plot for 2 vehicles.
LOCATION: Villa located in a privileged area for its calm, without giving up the proximity to the beach and all the shops. The nearest sandy beach is accessed 2.5 km as well as the restaurants. The nearest supermarket is 1.3 km away.
OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are accepted with a supplement.
