INCREDIBLE SEA VIEWS ACROSS THE CORFU CHANNEL TO ALBANIA!!!
NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY (EXCEPT BY AGREEMENT PRIOR TO BOOKING - PLEASE ASK!)
A great little house in the middle of the village of Loustri, near Kalami and Agni.
New sheets provided once a week and towels twice a week. Pool/beach towels provided.
2 bedrooms (one with kingsize bed and one with twin beds). House bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin. En-suite WC and basin to the main bedroom (with kingsize bed). Small pool is 4.5 metres (max) by 3.7 metres and 1.6 metres deep (water depth 1.4 metres). The pool has two wide steps and then drops straight down to 1.4 metres. THERE IS NO SHALLOW END as such. Plus it has a bungee rope for non-stop swimming! Pool is up to 28 degrees in June, July, August but colder in other months. Depends on the Spring weather, but too cold to swim (for us, but others are braver!) in the first half of May and after mid-September! Some swim right through to end of October quite happily. The sea is always warmer in early and late seasons. Lovely in October. Outside shower. Gas BBQ. Loads of outside space with large table, chairs, sunbeds and 3 sun umbrellas. Agni and Yialiscari beaches within a 15 minute walk (5 minute drive to Yialiscari, 10 minute drive to Agni). Kalami within a 25 minutes walk (5 minute drive). Steep climb back. WE ADVISE CAR HIRE. Supermarkets deliver to the villa. Great spot for walkers in May, early June and from mid-September onwards (we do not recommend families for October because the pool is cold and sun restricted). Private yoga teacher by appointment at the villa. Only 1 step down into the villa from the road (4 more to pool area) so suitable for those with walking difficulties. WiFi. Air-Con. All you would expect from a recently renovated house. Amazing, incredible views!
** Please note, all nearby resorts are closed (unless Greek Easter) over the winter and start to open up again mid-April onwards (Kalami and Agni open early to mid-May) and the nearest town with some shops, bars, tavernas and restaurants open is Kassiopi, a 25 minute drive away ** Thank you!

Perfect place for your holiday in Corfu

Great place: beautiful Greek house, clean, airco, pool and last but not least a beautiful view on the sea and mountains. Close to Agni, Kalami and Kassiopi where you have great restaurants.

Stunning villa and location

From the immaculate villa and facilities, Peter and Libby provided everything anyone staying could want. The standard was amazing, and I would highly recommend staying there. Location was perfect but a car is very useful if you want to explore a little further than the nearest beach.

Fantastic villa perfectly located

Had an amazing half term week at Pepe's villa. The villa is perfectly located for walking to three beaches with amazing sea and tavernas. The villa itself had beautiful views and was incredibly clean and well equipped for a family of four. Would really recommend this villa and would love to return in the future.

2 weeks with kids at Pepe’s Villa

Great place (inside and out) and location. The kids loved the pool. Amazing support from the host and team during the stay: close communication really made us feel welcome and safe! Well outfitted for cooking, which we did several times a week. We had a great time and highly recommend this property and host!

Fantastic stay!

Villa Pepe has all you need for a wonderful stay on the island. The house, pool and terrace are beautifully presented and appointed, and the view are simply stunning. The whole establishment is truly charming and Peter and Libby the owners are very friendly and helpful. We have just returned from a very relaxing week at Pepes, and as has been said in other reviews, we can not recommend this villa highly enough.

Beautiful cottage

All we needed were our feet. Walked to market and the beach. Drank our coffee and ate our meals on all levels of the beautifully laid-out multi level terraces. Just heaven.

Beautiful house above Kalami

An ideal base for 4 people. An exceptionally clean and well appointed property with everything you could wish for. My wife made good use of the bungee swim rope ! Host was excellent and went above and beyond so wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Pepe.

A home away from home!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Pepe’s Villa. The property is thoughtfully and tastefully furnished with everything you need. We especially enjoyed our time around the pool with the breathtaking views down to Kalami and across to Albania. We took advantage of the supermarket delivery service from Kalami and booked a boat for a day to explore the beautiful coastline. The housekeeping service was second to none too.

Beautiful little gem.

Beautiful little gem tucked away, with beautiful scenic views and generous outdoor space to relax. Airy, light, very stylish, clean and well thought out accommodation, with everything you could need. Roumali was the nicest restaurant we used, good food, nicely cooked and well presented and good views to Corfu Town. (8 mins turn left at the church and on same coastal road ) Kassiopi centre with supermarket shops etc. 15 mins drive (turn right at church).

Amazing property

My wife and I spent 7 days in May at Peter and Libby's house. I can only agree with all the previous reviews posted about this fantastic property. Both the inside and outside space were perfect - I spent hours just looking at the spectacular view. You do need a car if you want to get around and visit the local restaurants in the evening. Highly recommended and we do plan to return in the near future. Thankyou both

Total Relaxation at Pepe’s villa

We had a fantastic week relaxing at the villa. It is comfortable, modern, clean, well maintained and everything has been thought of e.g plug adaptors to make your stay worry free. The outside area is a delight with many places to sit and admire the beautiful view. BBQ. Swimming pool is perfect. Easy to walk to Agni beach for tavernas and bar or the local beach where there is a charming bar (Crystal Waters) with delicious cocktails. Parking easy. Staff friendly and discreet. We would return and can highly recommend this haven. Thanks to Peter and Libby.

Amazing

We have just returned from our holiday at Pepes and had such a lovely time. The accommodation is amazing, really well equiped and decorated. The terrace and pool area with the wonderful views are perfect for relaxing and dining. Our first time using a gas barbecue and it was brilliant for cooking fresh fish etc really simply. We love this part of Corfu and Pepes is the best accommodation we have stayed in, Peter and Libby have thought of everything and created a very special place to stay. The surrounding beaches and tavernas are all wonderful and it was really nice to have such an exceptional base to enjoy our holiday from. Thank you!

Very nice place, great view and very attentive host!

The house is located in a small village on a steep hill with an outstanding view on the sea towards the Albanian coast. The house is equipped with everything needed - even floaties and games for the beach are available. The furniture has beed choosen with extreme love to the details and the outside pool and barbecue areas are inviting to rest and sundown with a nice glass of wine. Maintainance and houskeeping are perfectly organized. The host delivers a huge package of information of the island prior to arrival and supports whatever problem may occure via your stay. It was a perfect place for peace loving families and couples. We enjoyed it very much!

Fantastic property with amazing views over the sea and further to Albania. We had plans to explore the island, but the villa was so relaxing we didn’t venture very far. The owners were on hand for any questions we had (always very quick responses). Three great restaurants on Agni beach with amazing sea views. They are walkable if you don’t mind a hill or 5 mins by car. We used a number of supermarkets, the closest 10 mins by car and the bigger one around 15-20 mins. There was nothing we could fault about the villa or location. The pool was just right and the swimming bungee allowed us to work off some of the wonderful meals we had. Thanks for having us!!!

La villa de Pepe est absolument magnifique! Tout y est parfait: sa rénovation avec des matériaux de qualité et une décoration de très bon goût, sa vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Kalami, son calme loin du tumulte touristique, sa propreté, ses équipements (climatisation partout, literie, ménage intermédiaire pdt le séjour, piscine rafraîchissante, transats confortables pour buller et ses 3 terrasses pour manger, se reposer ou prendre un café) La communication avec le propriétaire Peter a été facile et efficace. Nous reviendrons très certainement à la fois pour l’île de Corfou qui est superbe et pour cette magnifique villa. Merci pour tout.
