Nice 45 m2 apartment, It can accommodate up to 3 people.

The Apartment has just been completely renovated with high quality materials.

New Windows with excellence insulation will allow you to enjoy your stay without having to worry about heat, cold or noise.

The bathroom has high quality tile, a large and comfortable shower, and a fully equipped kitchen where everything is brand new.

The apartment is equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, hair dryer.

The entrance has a small hallway, then there is the living room and the kitchen to the left. Further ahead there is the bedroom door and right before it the bathroom to the left.

Clean laundry Sheets and towels are included and they will be provided according to the number of guest.

Placed in the city center this apartment is perfect for a romantic holiday in Florence!

Host was great! We appreciated the responsiveness, information about the area, and accommodating an earlier check in. The apartment wasn’t as clean as we’ve experienced with other properties. Possibly this was due to us checking in a bit early? The AC in the bedroom is weak, but did the job. The listing photos seemed to possibly be older photos of the property - maybe when it was first renovated. Kitchen has everything you need and having a washer was perfect for us since we packed in backpacks. The area was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and is on a quiet street. We especially liked that it was within 10 min walk to/from the train station. Overall, we enjoyed our host and visit, but felt the apartment fell a bit short of expectations based on our other rental experiences in Italy.

We had originally booked the apartment in the picture, but a few days before our trip, the host contacted us to say the air conditioner was not working and offered us a different residence. It turned out to be a terrific substitution! We stayed at Apartment with terrace facing Duomo instead. I loved hearing the bells from several surrounding cathedrals many times per day - if that's not your thing, don't stay there, but I loved it! Great communication from the host before arrival and while we were trying to find it when we got to Florence. Great location to so many of the tourist attractions; can pretty much walk wherever you need to go. Paulina greeted us and shared many of her personal favorite places to eat, to shop, exchange place, and what to avoid - map provided as well. Also provided instructions for the appliances (except the oven - need this), which was a great help. Air conditioning was perfect. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
