A Devon rural retreat

A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property on the outskirts of the village of Spreyton. Boasting 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.

Staying here allows you access to the private garden and a sun trap patio with garden furniture.

Come and enjoy the peace and quiet. Listen to the wildlife, feed the wild birds, watch the deer in the meadows. If you are lucky you will hear the owls, and maybe even see one of these shy, beautiful birds.

As a self-catering cottage, you will find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The kitchen has a fridge/ freezer, a gas hob, an electric oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a microwave. This leads to an open plan dining area and lounge with two, two-seater sofas and a 50" flat screen TV with DVD.

The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television in every room and internet access.

This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.

On the first floor is the Master bedroom with en-suite shower room. This extra large room has a King size bed, three seater sofa, flat screen TV with integrated DVD, as well as a wardrobe and dressing table. It leads out onto a wonderful balcony from which to enjoy the stunning views of Dartmoor National Park which is only six miles away. The perfect spot to enjoy that early morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening. Just relax!

On the second floor, under the eaves, is a twin room with a compact en-suite shower room. Velux windows provide further spectacular views of Dartmoor and the surrounding countryside

Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. In both bedrooms there are also tea and coffee facilitiesin case you fancy a lie in.

There is great walking in the area and some excellent local Pubs. The village of Spreyton has a Pub, garage, hair dresser and a village shop run by volunteers.

Free Wi-Fi is included.

We are rurally situated yet only six miles from the A30.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Two small / medium well-behaved dogs are welcome.
