This house for 9 people is rented in l’Escala. It is 15 minutes walk (1.4 km) to Riells beach, restaurants and supermarket.

The Montgri Natural Park is 100 meters away and the historic center of l’Escala is 3 km away.

The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors, has a completely fenced garden with private pool (6 x 3 m and 1.10 - 1.60 m deep), dining table outside with barbecue and sun loungers .

The living room has air conditioning, TV with French channels and WiFi.

The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

This accommodation has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm) each, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), and a bedroom with a high bed (135 cm) and a sofa bed for one person (120 cm). All bedrooms have air conditioning. All beds offer bedding, duvets or blankets and pillows.

There are 3 bathrooms in this accommodation: one with a bathtub and 2 with a shower.

The accommodation has heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothesline with tweezers and private parking for one car. Pets are allowed (at an additional cost).

We paid top dollar for this villa it had not been well maintained garden and pots overgrown and full of weeds. taps and shower head broken and umbrella and stand ( K3 resolved these after few days) awning (toldos) we put out and would not go back so techno came and stated it was broken and new one needed it was left half out but table which was glass got extremely hot as did not cover it fully. owner had to be informed before replacement was made which did not happen, yellow pollen was coming off pine trees so made pool slimmey so we did not get to use it. Lots of lights broken around pool and not working this was the worst villa we have rented in Costa Brava and we have rented many badly equipped.

Belle maison mais les photos ne montre pas qu’il y’a une maison coller à droite donc forcément du vis à vis. Dans l’ensemble la maison est correct mais des choses devraient être faite ( repeindre les murs du salon et du couloirs en blanc car beaucoup de traces noirs dessus, de saleté ) la robinetterie dans la salle de bain est toute rouillé, la peinture s’écaille sur le plafond de la chambre ( sûrement dû à l’humidité de la salle de bain qui se trouve dans la chambre ) dernier bémol il n’y a aucune benne à poubelle à moins de 300m de la maison donc pas très pratique de jeter ces poubelles il faut les mettre dans la voiture pour pouvoir aller les jeter aussi loin.

Fantastisch huis voor grote familie

Een mooi ruim huis. Elke slaapkamer heeft een aparte goed werkende airco en goede bedden/ matrassen. De lakens en handdoeken waren ruim voldoende aanwezig en van goede kwaliteit. Binnen ruim en sober maar netjes gemeubeld. De buitenruimte is zeer ruim met een fantastisch zwembad dat om de drie dagen werd gestofzuigd en gecontroleerd. Dus altijd helder en proper water. Kleine maar functionele keuken. Hebben bijna altijd op het terras/ buiten gezeten , zeer grote tafel met voldoende stoelen. Ook voor alle gasten een zonnebed rond het zwembad, Hadden klein mankementje met electriciteit in de keuken binnen het uur was dit opgelost( op een zondag). Communicatie via whatsapp is top! Super vakantie gehad in een super huis. Misschien een setje wijnglazen voor alle gasten zou tof geweest zijn. De koelkast werkt perfect maar is klein wanneer je er effectief met 8 gasten verblijft. Ook al zijn de mensen die het zwembad onderhouden heel vriendelijk ze komen steed onaangekondigd binnen., kunnen ook niet bellen want er is geen bel aan de poort. Hadden hond bij dus niet ideaal.

Bien mais quelques travaux a faire

L’accueil par Paula était parfait, aimable, professionnel et le petit sac d’accueil, très sympathique. L’emplacement du logement pour des promeneurs est super, près du parc naturel. Aussi très bien d’avoir des volets pour la sécurité. La propreté n’était pas top. Le volet exterieur était cassé, des poignées de portes qui étaient pas fixées, les supports des pommeaux de douche était pas fixé au mûrs, les portes coulissantes du living se fermait pas bien. Le fauteuil blanc et les chaises de la salle a manger était à remplacer.

Hermosa y cómoda casa, tal como se ve en las fotos. Buena barbacoa y piscina. Falta el jabón de tocador para el ingreso a la casa (sobre todo en este contexto de covid). Sería bueno retrasar un poco el horario del check out.

Nice and tidy

Everything was nice and tidy, and the company that hosted us were service-minded and replied quickly to messages. The town of L'Escala was nice, although since we rented in late September it was quite empty and quiet. A nice day trip that we did was to visit the Montgrí Castle some 20 minutes by car from L'Escala - stunning panoramic views from a medieval castle! Definitely worth a visit. In summary it was a nice house, it fitted our party of 9 comfortably (you have to share the beds though) and I would definitely recommend it to others. Just a couple of notes: - Only cold water in the showers - The WiFi-connection didn't work very well

La maison est très belle et propre, comme sur les photos. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. L’accueil de l’agence et la communication sont parfaites. Une réactivité sans faille si on rencontre le moindre problème. C’est une maison que je recommande sans hésiter et d’autant plus l’agence K3Homes que je n’hesiterai pas à recontacter pour mes prochains séjours sur la Costa Brava ! Casa espectacular. Muy nueva. Ubicada en una zona muy tranquila. Fácil de checkin y check-out. Sin duda repetiría. Es muy cómoda para pasar unos días con familiares o amigos. Muy bien el detalle de darnos la bolsita con cosas de limpieza. Lo único que quizás faltarían mas bolsas de basura y mas pastillas de lavavajillas.
