The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a family house and consists of two large bedrooms - a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single and separate beds -, bathroom with shower, kitchen and balcony, living room with sofa, veranda and private parking space in the courtyard.
Inside this is equipped with TV, fridge, freezer, kitchen accessories (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.), air conditioning (for a fee), bed linen and towels (sheets and towels) and wi-fi connection -fi.

Ce logement représente un excellent rapport qualité prix. Sa localisation est optimale, la vue de la terrasse du haut est magique, le logement est spacieux, propre rt fonctionnel, avec le parking dans la cour, la plage à 5 mn, la superette et les restau également. Peu d'équipement, mais suffisant pour cuisiner, à part un couteau qui coupe, qui serait bienvenu pour ceux qui cuisinent.

Wir waren zu zweit,die Wohnung ist groß genug für vier Personen,in der Küche fehlte uns Schnellkocher,sonst war alles in Ordnung,Balkon ist gleichzeitig auch Durchgang zu der Nachbarwohnung,das hat uns bisschen gestört.Das Dorf ist ziemlich abgelegen,wenn man vor hat bisschen reisen nimmt viel Zeit in Anspruch da man Berg hoch fahren muss,die Strände sind einmalig

Alle Klettergebiete, die wir in Cala Gonone besuchten ,waren nicht weiter als 15 min.Fahrzeit entfernt. Da wir sehr zentral wohnten, waren auch die Restaurants in wenigen Schritten bequem erreichbar. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieterin.

Meerblick, Dachterrasse , schöne Veranda, neue Küche. Aber: Sörende Schallübertagungen zwischen den Wohnungen. Die typisch italienischen Probleme: Undichter Duschschlauch Leere Gasflasche Nicht öffnender Fenstergriff wurden nach Anzeige schnell behoben.

Zweckmäßige Wohnung in toller Lage

Super tolle Lage. Supermarkt nebenan, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, 50 m zum Meer und zum schönsten Ortsstrand ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Alles soweit okay. Natürlich ist mehr Komfort möglich, aber nicht wirklich nötig. Hier passt Preis-Leistung auf jeden Fall. Sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort.

Perfekte Lage, nur wenige Schritte zum Meer

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Cala Gonone verbracht. Besonders hat uns die Lage zum Meer und die Sauberkeit bei der Wohnungsübergabe gefallen. Die Übergabe durch Barbara war problemlos. Die Mieter der Wohnung sollten Reinigungsmittel für eine kleine Zwischenreinigung mitbringen. Außer Besen und eine kleine Schaufel war nichts vorhanden. Für die Geschirrreinigung war nur ein Trockentuch vorhanden. Für deutschsprachige Touristen ist kein deutsches TV-Programm verfügbar. Die Klimaanlage mit 10,00 € pro Tag haben wir nicht genutzt. Die geräumige Terrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ist jedoch der Zugang zur Nachbarwohnung. Sollten wir nochmals nach Cala Gonone kommen, würden wir uns wieder für die Wohnung entscheiden.

Ideale per famiglie

Appartamento con vista mare molto grazioso, 100 metri dal centro e 50 dalla passeggiata lungomare con molti locali, 150 metri dalla spiaggia adiacente il porticciolo da dove partono le motonavi per le minicriociere. Alloggio confortevole con possibilità di mangiare nel terrazzo. Cucina nuova , inaugurata noi, e alloggio ben tenuto, qualche lavoretto da fare per quanto riguarda le porte e comunque già in preventivo, possibilità del condizionatore (mai usato), posto auto in cortile. Federica disponibilissima ad ogni nostra richiesta. Per ultimo supermarket a 30 mt, meglio di così !!! COMODISSIMO.
