Villa with swimming pool and beautiful view of the sea. This villa has 4 bedrooms so that it can accommodate a total of 8 people. The villa is ideal for sun holidays with larger families. The holiday villa is within walking distance of the beach of Arenys de Mar where you can spend a nice quiet day on your towel. This town is known for its fishing port, recognized as the most important in Catalonia, where the auction of freshly caught fish takes place every evening. A wide range of restaurants in the harbor offers first-class seafood and other typical dishes from the area. On the ground floor you will find a combined living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the 1st floor you will find a double bedroom with a bathroom and a private terrace with very beautiful sea views.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

This home is spectacular!!!My wife and I spent almost 2 weeks here - amazing views, convenient to everything (shopping, beaches, train, etc.) and a very quiet neighborhood. Amazing sunrises from the deck!The house was clean and in excellent condition. Marc responded quickly and was very helpful and excellent to work with!

Awesome

Beautiful, spacious villa situated in an elevated location with stunning views on the sea. Very clean, very elegant, beautiful furniture, has everything you need. Great pool with sunbeds, large barbecue. The owner is very friendly, the neighborhood is quiet. You can walk to the beach and downtown… We‘ll be there next year again!

Great house and host

This is a great property perched high on the hill above the town with super sea and beach views up the coast. There are 40 steps up from the road. Easy parking. The house is very well equipped (except for a pizza cutting wheel😉) Lots of outside seating and sun loungers. Great terraces on two levels and lots of different garden areas. Arenys is a busy little town with lots of cafes, bars and shops. Worth exploring. Choice of beaches.

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war angenehm. Das einzige Negativmerkmal besteht darin, dass der Zugang zum Haus über 37 Treppenstufen zu erreichen ist. Für mobilitätseingeschrängte Personen nur sehr schwer zu bewältigen.

Wir waren mit 8 Personen in diesem Haus in Arenys de Mar. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem wunderschönen und gepflegten Haus, das alles bietet, was man braucht. Es gibt jede Menge Küchengeräte, um einen schönen Abend mit Grillabenden oder Drinks mit einer Snackplatte am Pool zu verbringen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist großartig. Marc war sehr hilfsbereit bei der Beantwortung unserer Fragen und gab tolle Empfehlungen (z. B. zu Padelplätzen in der Umgebung). Es gibt auch ein Dokument mit Restaurantempfehlungen in der Nachbarschaft, wir haben ein paar davon ausprobiert und können nur sagen, dass wir den Empfehlungen zustimmen :) Ein Auto ist schön, um zum Strand, zum Supermarkt und zu Arenys fahren zu müssen, da das Haus an der Reihe ist ein ziemlich steiler Hügel. Barcelona ist bequem mit dem Zug in nur 50 Minuten zu erreichen. Ich und meine Freunde würden diesen Ort jedem empfehlen!

Et virkelig skønt hus med en helt fantastisk udsigt over havet og bjergene. En rigtig dejlig have også med den skønneste store pool hvor både voksne og børn nød at opholde sig både om aftenen såvel som om dagen. Arenys de Mar lå i fin afstand fra både Barcelona og Costa Brava. Det fungerede fint med tog fra Arenys de Mar men det kan nu alligevel nok anbefales at leje bil hvis man vil ud på sight seeing.. Gåturen på de stejle stigninger frem og tilbage til byen, stranden og stationen kan være lidt hård i 30 graders varme 😅 Husejer Marc har været rigtig hjælpsom både før og under vores ophold. Så alt i alt et dejligt og anbefalelsesværdigt sted. 👍☀️

De gastheer is erg behulpzaam en meedenkend. Het is een fijne rustige omgeving, waar je zonder auto wel eventjes de benen erin moet zetten aangezien het omhoog loopt. Het huis is supermooi en erg schoon, voorzien van alles en er zijn meerdere ruimtes om te relaxen of te werken. Tot nu toe hebben wij een geweldige ervaring hier!
