Ruhig und gemütlich

Das Haus liegt in einem schönen ruhigen Park mit viel Grün. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man benötigt. Insbesondere ist die Küche so ausgestattet, dass man sich gut selbst versorgen kann. Der Weg zu Fuß zum Einkaufszentrum sowie zum Strand dauert jeweils gut 20 Minuten, so dass es manchmal mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad bequemer ist. Es riecht ein bisschen muffelig im Haus, aber im Sommer kann man ja regelmäßig die gute Nordseeluft reinlassen und die vorhandenen Thermo-Hydrometer erlauben einen Überblick über Temperatur und Raumfeuchte.

Leider muffig und mangelhaft geputzt

Negativ: Leider ist das Ferienhaus von innen muffig, da es scheinbar ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem gibt. In jedem Raum stehen Luftentfeuchter. Alle Sachen riechen dementsprechend nach dem Urlaub muffig. Das 3.Zimmer mit dem einzelnen kleinen Bett riecht extrem muffig und wir haben es gar nicht genutzt, weil es nicht ertragbar war. Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt alles (Boden,Sofa...) voll mit Hundehaaren und auch das Bad nicht gut geputzt. Positiv: Ruhige Lage. Alle Elektrogeräte sind neuwertig. Ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht. Fazit: Wir würden wegen des Feuchtigkeitsproblems nicht wieder kommen.

Guten Tag, Frau Walter Es tut uns leid, dass Ihnen die Unterkunft nicht gefallen hat. Im Begrüßungsschreiben heißt es, dass Sie sich umgehend mit uns in Verbindung setzen sollten, wenn etwas nicht stimmt, damit wir Maßnahmen ergreifen und das Problem beheben können. Schade, dass du es nicht getan hast. Leider ist es ein kalter und feuchter Frühling, sodass mehr Belüftung erforderlich ist. Außerdem werden im Park Bodenarbeiten durchgeführt, um die Luftfeuchtigkeit zu verbessern. Glücklicherweise hat Ihnen die Gegend gefallen. Freundlichen Grüßen, Inge Bos CAN Vakantiehuizen

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Sehr schönes Häuschen in recht ruhiger Lage, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet (hätten wir gewusst, was alles vorhanden ist, hätten wir weniger Gepäck mitgenommen). Die Grundreinigung könnte etwas besser sein. Da wurden einfach ein paar Ecken vergessen. Empfehlenswert.
