This newly renovated villa is a really privacy gem, located in a beautiful little village Tinjan. It is surrounded by greenery and lush forests of this green part of Istria. The interior is carefully decorated to give the guests absolute space and comfort. The capacity of the villa is 6 guests, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms air-cons and satellite tv in all the bedrooms, then separate toilet, family room with extra comfortable sofa big screen tv. Entire living and dining area is connected and is over-looking the pool. Villa also has wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna. Entire property has more then 1600 m2 of private land around the house and it is all fenced. There is a private parking for the guests of the villa.
In case you have a dog we charge extra 15 EUR/dog/day.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations

The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The outdoor area was perfect – we spent most of our days by the pool and evenings enjoying meals under the stars. The kids had so much fun and the adults could truly unwind. It felt like a private little paradise. We would return in a heartbeat!

wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Auto wird benötigt um die wunderschöne Landschaft zu erkunden. Haus war sauber und ordentlich, Betten waren bequem. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.Die Außenanlage ist für uns zweckmäßig gewesen, Kleinkind und Hund konnten dort ordentlich rennen und spielen. Valentina ist sehr freundlich,wir erhielten auch Vorschläge für Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe auf das Handy. Alles in Allem, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit

Ein unvergesslicher Familienurlaub!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit als Familie! Das Haus war unser idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Tagesausflüge in der Umgebung – jeden Tag gab es etwas Neues zu entdecken. Besonders schön war es, nach unseren Ausflügen in den gepflegten Garten zurückzukehren, wo die Kinder ausgelassen spielen konnten und wir einfach die Ruhe genossen haben. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt, alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war der perfekte Ort, um als Familie zur Ruhe zu kommen.

Alles perfekt

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Luna war hervorragend. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Villa war sauber und es war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Die Lage ist etwas ländlich. Daher ist ein Auto dringend erforderlich.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt 😃

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in einem wirklich schönen, sauberen und gepflegten Haus verbracht. Die Besitzer waren super nett! Inkl Begrüßungskorb mit Obst, Gemüse & Wein. Sie haben uns gute Tips für Restaurants und die Umgebung gegeben. Im Ort gibt es 2 Minimärkte; dort gibt es auch frisches Brot und Briefmarken. Wir werden sicher wieder her kommen!
