1 bedroom apartment located in the Benalbeach complex (Benalmadena coast) just 50 meters from the beach with panoramic sea views from the sunny terrace.
Community gardens and pools (pool bar, children's pools), gym, supermarket, hairdresser, etc.
Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, etc.
Bed linen included (sheets and towels).

Special rates are available for stays of 30 nights or more, between November and April.

The building has elevators.

Full access to common areas such as the 5 swimming pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (for a fee), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday.

CHECK-IN: 24 hour reception. Entry at any time from 3 p.m. (except from June 15 to September 15 - admission from 4 p.m.). Check-in before the official check-in time, on request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, you will alternate between the large pool (not heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)

The opening hours of the pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, we cannot accept claims for this reason or because of the closure of the pools.

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.

Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.

Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment to the gym.

To guarantee and speed up the registration process, tourists are asked to provide an image of their identity document and a selfie, which will be treated in accordance with current GDPR regulations. Images of identity documents and selfies will be deleted the day after arrival. All customers must register to comply with local laws. You will receive a message with a secure link, one week before your arrival, to register securely online. If you haven't received it, please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we require a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to provide you with a quiet and worry-free experience.
