This special apartment is located in the Benalbeach complex and has a large open-plan dining terrace with incredible sea and garden views. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants.



The apartment has a spacious double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The floor is very bright and is fully equipped with everything necessary. Including... Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, TV, Wifi and a large open-plan living room that opens to the dining terrace.



The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.

Late checkout: Price to be consulted, variable by season. Under request and subject to availability.

Extra towels: 5€ (1 set of 1 hand towel and 1 body towel)

Gym: It is a private facility and applies its rates. Benalcoast Properties has no access to discounts or any special treatment. Please consult directly with the responsible company.



We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



Benal Beach is a well-known complex located directly in front of the beach. We have a wide range of facilities for you to enjoy during your stay, including 5 pools, slides, a gym, and a market.



CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaids' pool (heated to 23°)



The opening hours of the pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for the closure of the pools.



PARKING: Parking spaces subject to availability.



Community satellite television, subject to the community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.



Gym in the building, with a supplement, paid directly at the gym.

To ensure and accelerate the registration process, tourists are asked to provide an image of their identity document and a selfie, which will be processed in accordance with current GDPR regulations. Identity document images and selfies will be deleted the day after arrival. All customers must register to comply with local legislation. You will receive a message with a secure link, one week before your arrival, to register safely online. If you have not received it, please inform us as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.



In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.
