This special apartment is located in the Benalbeach complex and has a large open-plan dining terrace with incredible sea and garden views. Just 5 minutes' walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.

This apartment has 2 terraces in the Benal Beach complex.

The apartment has 2 single beds that can be converted into a double and there is also a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is very bright and fully equipped with everything you need. Including... Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, TV, Wifi and a large open-plan living room that opens to the dining terrace.

Benal Beach is a well-known resort located directly in front of the beach. We have a wide range of facilities for you to enjoy during your stay, including 5 swimming pools, water slides, a gym and a market.

CHECK-IN: 24 hour reception. Entry at any time from 3 p.m. (except from June 15 to September 15 - admission from 4 p.m.). Check-in before the official check-in time, on request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will vary between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)

The opening hours of the pools and slides may vary depending on the season and are not dependent on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for the closure of the pools.

PARKING: Parking spaces subject to availability.

Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.

Gym in the building, with a supplement, paid directly at the gym.

To guarantee and speed up the registration process, tourists are asked to provide an image of their identity document and a selfie, which will be treated in accordance with current GDPR regulations. In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we require a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to provide you with a quiet and worry-free experience.
