Spacious 200 m / 2 loft apartment that occupies the entire 2nd floor, 6 meter high ceilings, elevator with exclusive stop and perimeter terrace with spectacular views of Madrid and the Casa de Campo.
It has 3 bedrooms, the main one en suite, with bathroom, furnished dressing room and safe even for computer, bedroom 2 and 3 share a spacious bathroom, there is also a half bathroom for living room-dining room and kitchen. We have free parking and garden area.
For an additional price of 25 euros per person per night, up to 2 more guests can be accommodated.

Très bel appartement bien équipé. Spacieux et confortable. Tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour. Tres agréable à vivre. A proximité des transports pour aller en centre ville. Literie très confortable. Au calme. Rafael a été très réactif lors d un problème de machine. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous reviendrons sûrement

Schöne Lage für Familien

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der Fahrstuhl in die eigene Wohnung sehr angenehm für An- und Abreise. Der Park und der Zoo in Fußnähe waren perfekt für unsere Kinder.

Estancia muy agradable

El alojamiento es muy agradable. Todo estaba muy limpio y los propietarios muy atentos en todo momento.
