This apartment is located in the city center, a few meters from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas of Madrid to go for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop in the Rastro, a very diverse open-air market. Spacious, cozy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in Madrid de los Austrias invites you to linger as soon as you enter. Although the apartment is located in an area full of life, full of services, bars, restaurants and theaters, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being inside the building and its good insulation. Steeped in culture and history, Madrid de los Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighborhood in the city.

The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator.
Entering, there is an open space that integrates the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking, and the living room, tastefully decorated and equipped with a nice sofa next to the dining room. This room has access to a very nice terrace.
The night area has four double bedrooms, all equipped with a double bed.
It has two bathrooms with shower.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Central heating hours (only during winter): Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 23:00h.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard
