This apartment is located in the heart of the La Latina neighbourhood, five minutes walking from Plaza Mayor and just a few steps from Tirso de Molina Square and Plaza de la Cebada. La Latina is the oldest neighbourhood in Madrid: through its streets full of atmosphere and authentic places to see, locals and tourists coexist in perfect harmony. On Sundays, very close to the apartment, the famous Rastro Market is held, an open-air market that is a must-visit in Madrid where all types of items are sold.
The apartment:
With capacity for 9 people, this apartment is simply delicious. Located on the top floor of an elegant building with a lift, it has been renovated with great style and care. Its Mediterranean-inspired environments are characterised by a beautiful combination of white and vibrant colours, and by a successful mix of vintage and Nordic furniture, in which a large wooden table stands out.
The apartment has 5 rooms: 2 of them are standard size and 3 are attic rooms. The main bedroom is located on the second floor and is accessed by a spiral staircase. It has a double bed from which wonderful views of the city rooftops can be enjoyed. The other standard room has another double bed.
The attic rooms have a reduced height. Although it is not possible to stand up in them, they have been tastefully furnished and have very comfortable quality beds. They have an exterior window in the roof. One of them has a single bed, another a double bed, and the third has two single beds.
The apartment has two full bathrooms with a shower.
The living room is very comfortable: with a large yellow sofa and many colourful cushions it will be perfect for relaxation.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
